Two years of back and forth with the third and fourth parties was handled by the PB team and I can't thank them enough for handling the intricate details and multiple shuffles of people. If you want a firm that has time to pick up the phone when you call and not busy with 1000 other clients then price benowitz is not the firm for you. I am unable to tell you the quality of the work they do because I have hardly received services since my accident on 11/30/2025 it is 12/31/2025 a MONTH later. They never contacted my insurance to tell them that they are representing me even though I asked them too multiple times. All they did was sign me up for physical therapy which I have been paying for out of MY PIP Coverage and not the driver who was at faults insurance. So now I have missed days of work due to injury from the crash and I'm unable to receive the full amount of my pay from my insurance because all the money went to my physical therapy appointments, which the other drivers insurance is supposed to be liable for. I am very satisfied and do not recommend this law firm to anyone . I been through this process before and this is not how it went in the past . The end conclusion is that after experiencing mental and physical harm from a police cruiser hitting my vehicle, I am receiving "Pennie's" based on a settlement agreement. I called for some initial inquiries as to securing representation for medical malpractice. I explained to her that I'm calling to interview law groups for negligence and abuse of power at a medical facility that held me for for 11 days against my will without a court order. even the public defender was trying to get me out of there. The person I spoke with at this group was named Kristy. at that point she told me this was not a case they could accept. I asked her if she could kindly explain to me what reasons gave her that impression. She told me she did not have to. I asked her if potentially there's a supervisor who could contact me to explain to me potentially how to understand. I told her I wanted to give her group a good rating for just being a polite organization and she didn't seem to care either way what review I provided this law group..... so they get zero stars from me for their first impression. Let's remember if you put your best person forward, that's the level that you're going to get moving forward and I was not impressed. :( May our Lord bless all of you who are seeking representation for an injustice.... but I do NOT recommend this firm. Unprofessional when it comes to communication! I'm a client with Price Beneowitz LLP and have an accident injury case with them that has been open since May of 2019. Last time I've heard from my Attorny "Juan Bustamante" was back in October 28th. It's been 3.5month past that and I have been calling their offices everyday!!! Yet, no ones calls me back and they even told me my attorney "Juan Bustamante" no longer works with the firm. So no ones knows who actually has my case now and NO ONE updates me on it or gives me a call back. I probably have to hire another law Firm to take my case back from them. Absolute headache and frustration and I wouldn't not recommend them to anyone. I'm very disappointed with this firm's Client management abilities, and initial intake skill set. I called to arrange a personal injury consultation. They took a minimal amount of information over the phone and told me not to go into any major details- said it was best to go into details with the Client Manager. I was told the Client Manager would call me back. The firm called me while I was in a meeting and then left me a message to call them back. Before I could return their call, literally less than an hour after their call- their Client Manager sent me an email stating that after carefully reviewing the information I provided, that they declined my case. In my opinion, I shared very few details of my situation- certainly no medical details re: my full injuries. The decision to not represent me was made without that full information. I do not believe there was much careful review of my personal matter at all. My initial and only phone call to them was extremely cordial and polite but brief- no more than 15 minutes with no questions asked about my legal matter. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this firm for any means of representation. Perhaps they've represented others well in the past, but they most assuredly did not live up to the five star reputation I expected after having researched the firm. I have never rated any business before on Yelp but I felt it important enough to share this experience today. Since this firm thinks that it has carefully reviewed my situation, I sincerely feel that I may have inadvertently been blessed by their decision not to take my case.
