Took my car to price to have screen fixed. They had it 2 weeks. Didn't call me to tell me it was ready. Went to check on it on Monday, it had been ready since Friday. I had it for 4 days, screen went out AGAIN. Went back by and was told it would be another 2 weeks before they could look at it. Going somewhere else. This place is ridiculous. We got a car from this dealership back in February, had it for about a week and ever since then it has been back and forth to maintenance FOUR EFFING TIMES. as I write this it's in the shop there. we call EVERYDAY asking for updates on the car and when we can get it since we are in the process of moving. they always say, "we'll have someone give you a call back" THAT HAS NOT HAPPENED ONCE. every single time they bring the car back and say it's fixed, give it a few days and the exact same problem happens. We ask for a loaner in the meantime and they are always out because other people are using them. AND NOW I SEE WHY. This place sucks and they are most likely gonna sell you some broken POS. Great experience with Price Chevrolet. I had been to several other dealerships before going to Price. The other dealerships not only took my money down to hold a vehicle, but before my bank could get a purchase order from the dealership these other dealerships sold the vehicle I test drive and put money down on. With Price Chevrolet, I had NO issues, they sent the purchase order to my bank right away. Derrick was wondering, he went the extra mile and put my daughters favorite air freshener in the car for her before the transport driver picked it up and shipped it up to Washington State where she attends college. Bought 2018 traverse around Sept 2017. Nothing but problems. From day one I complained of a metal grinding noise. It's been serviced 6 times; every time making the hour round trip; having kept it weeks at a time and no resolution. We have bought from Price for YEARS! I mistakenly put my trust in them to fix the issue and make it right and the entire time we are strung along and we finally put our foot down and said no more. I have terminal medical issues and this experience has been a nightmare. Not having my vehicle with my necessary supplies and getting loaners that are too high for me to drive and doesn't even fit my whole family but we dealt with it because our vehicle was supposed to be fixed!!! What should have been a brand new vehicle; if I wanted problems I would have bought used! It's ridiculous what me and my family have been put through and now having to seek legal assistance to keep from losing out so much. The best they could offer was a trade with 5k upside down for the exact same vehicle with a light interior (great for my 4 kids!!! but when I was shopping I needed black...of course NOW I want a grey with white stitching) oh and losing everything I've paid into it. Same vehicle; paying 5k more for because of a problem I had nothing to do with. I am baffled by treatment and lack of service we have received from Price and practically everyone in there because we've been handed to everyone. I picked up a Chevrolet Equinox mid February. On March 9th I was driving to South Texas on business, when suddenly my check engine light came on and the car didn't want to move. At this point I'm 4 hours away from home and 3 hours from my final destination for work. I stopped at an Autozone to get the diagnostic ran, she clearly had no idea what she was doing. Across the street was an Orielly's they ran the test and said it was the turbo charger and directed me to the closest dealership. I head to the dealership nervous as let's face it everyone complains about how slow dealerships are. I arrive and they have an incredibly long line, yet nobody in the waiting room. I walked in with a friendly greeting and I explained my car troubles. He asked if I would leave the car, I said that would require a rental and explained I was 4 hours from home. He gathered all of my info and got to work! During my time walking around from boredom, numerous employees approached with small chat and positive comments. Everyone seemed to care about what was going on. A couple of hours later they informed me what the issue was and that it was fixed. The customer service was phenomenal I couldn't have had a better experience. read more

Buyer beware.... purchased a 2014 used traverse in 2016 the carfax said the vehicle had never been in a accident the passenger side said other wise however they took a little bit off the price which was ok not to bad they did fix the headliner that was torn and they were suppose inspect and make sure all mechanical issues were ok including a pulley that you could clearly here was a little off which they agreed to fix as well... take it home after they "inspected" the vehicle and all is well until about 3 months later my service airbag comes on ok take it in problem was suppose to be fixed however it wasn't I've taken it in 3 additional times for the same issues...in this time I had an issues with the battery gage in inspecting the issues my husband found that the pulley was not fixed and is still bent and the electric fan doesn't kick on .... after we took it in the last time for service light one of the salesman approaches about trading in for a new 2017 they make us an offer for trade in that's not to bad but payments to high ok not a big deal well wait go back a few months later they make us a trade in offer about 4500 less than the first offer I get depreciation but it had only been a few months since the first time so my husband talk to manager and basically we were told not there problem people want the $36,000 newer models and not our model anymore ok whatever well can you at least make good on the problems that should have been fixed the 4 times the vehicle has been in the shop and your mechanics should have caught the first time before you even sold the car again not my problem but well talk to service department manager Monday..... well got the call Monday morning NOPE we will not fix anything for free.... so if your planning on buying a used car from this place be careful they will sell you messed up cars and will not give a shit... however Bill the salesman is a super great guy and he will not pressure you into buying a car like the other ones up there super great guy and honest.. read more
