First of all, they have the most up-to-date, high tech washers and dryers I've ever seen in a laundromat! They work very well, are fast and efficient and most of them take a card - super handy in our often cashless world. We didn't have a lot of clothes so $0.50 was enough to dry the 3-4 outfits we had in the dryer. It was awesome!! Additionally, they have staff on hand who are very friendly and so helpful! They keep this place very clean and are happy to assist with any issues that may arise with the machines. I will say, this place is a little pricey for the washers compared to places I've been to back home in Texas, but the hassle-free speediness was worth the slight increase in price.

One bathroom for men and women...so it's disgusting, to say the least. The patrons have been known to fight more at this laundromat than they do next door at the bar. I will tell you what I had found there: The future. WaveMax Laundry is very clean both outside and inside. Absolutely nothing was dirty or even smudged on the tables and floors. What I thought was interesting, were the number of machines they had available, which is a plus. The rolling baskets were also in good supply. The young lady behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. She showed me where to purchase a WaveMax Laundry card, how to operate the washer, the dryer, and their settings. She had pointed to a machine which sanitized the water which was used in the washing process. I washed a large load and it only took 21 minutes. Drying was even quicker, as long as you have it on the right setting. My clothes came out clean, sanitized, and (eventually) dry. Unfortunately, I did not take advantage of the free wifi or the snack machine. They do offer detergent, fabric softeners and dryer sheets for a price. The dryer sheets came in handy, because it was the one item I had forgotten. WaveMax Laundry is what a future-focused laundromat should be, in my opinion. I would encourage anyone to give this place a try. It will be worth your time!

Upon arrival I found a clean well appointed business that was welcoming and pleasant to spend time in! I was able to do my own laundry in a short amount of time with no issues. I will return when I'm in town and need to do laundry.

Looks like it was recently renovated with new flooring, paint and washing machines. They have 6 Huge dryers at .25 cents for 4 minutes. They have 7 washing machines the smallest one is 3 load capacity for $3.75 (25 min). The larger one is 5 loads for $5.50. They also accept credit cards in the washing machines which is convenient. The soap dispenser machine is $1, however they dont sell dryer sheets so you may need to bring that yourself. Free wifi here and a little table to sit on while waiting. Super cute place, but I didnt see any bathrooms available. Ample parking on the street and about 1 mile from downtown Cincy.
