I had a few Construction co's come and see what could be done about them. As I was getting no feed back about how they could be fixed t be used without taking up half the living room, Havens came up with an idea of how to re do those stairs to be more normal and easier to use. He built every stair and attached and made thee wider. I cant tell you how the whole family loves them. Said I "offended him greatly" by asking--and "we are never on the same page" which was bizarre since that was only the 2nd time I spoke to him this year. It was such an over reaction --he seems to have an anxiety issue. Other thing: my lawn is covered with crab grass--he didn't put down weed killer in the spring. (Said it was my fault for not asking for it!)
