They were understanding, a Appoinment was made promptly.. Bob and Marley showed up, a fast diagnoses.. What I was pretty sure it was. (My alternator) He fixed it fast and only charged for the time it took him to do it. The usual hourly estimate for this job is three hours. But he said he could probably could get it done in two. And he did.. And only charged me for that. They were honest, upfront and professional. If I would have went to them in the first place, I would have saved myself so much hassle. They came to my house, and even gave me a ride to the library and dropped me off at the pool since they had to leave and go get a part for my car anyhow. So I relaxed pool side, and by the time I got home. My car was fixed.... A++++ for these guys. I would recommend them to anyone.

We were surprised at how accommodating they were to our needs and the staff were very friendly. They found a great place for us to dock and were very helpful with their local knowledge. The marine basin is clean and well protected, a little unnerving to pull into with a 26 foot beam catamaran, but it is easier than it looks. We even saw a baby manatee that stayed around for hours. West Marine is right next door and Publix is 1.5 miles down the road, with several good restaurants nearby. The pricing is quite reasonable. We highly recommend them and would come again if boat repairs are needed.

A few months later we had another trim motor failure. This seems to be a common problem on 2022 Yamaha motors. I could not find the part on line or at any local yamaha parts store or my dealer. After a call to All Keys Yamaha they had the part and shipped it directly to me. Now i I can get back out on the water.

At 4 am, it's a little scary, however with the proper Captain and crew with TowBoatUS and some crafty people to help you along, you're sure to get out of any marine bind.. We happened to suck up all the sea grass in the entire Gulf in one engine and then ate a crab trap or 2 in the other. Who can see any of that in the pitch black dark? No wonder no one else was out... Local knowledge, I guess... Once towed 15 miles further south to Marathon, FL and got moored up at the City Marina off Boot Key, we happened to find Brian on his own boat, an independent all around marine Jack of all trades. He agreed to come to our boat later that afternoon to take a look at what we got and see if he could help us. While we ran our errands and moseyed around the basin and checked out all the boats and had a couple cocktails, Brian showed up late in the afternoon as promised and proceeded to dive the boat. Sure enough, he found all the sea grass from the Gulf in one engine and shredded up rope from a crab trap or 2 in the other. He cleared everything out and within an hour or so, everything was good to go again! He was very professional and shook everyone's hand and we paid him and he was on his way. Super easy and nice and did what he said he would/could! I recall service like this available in the BVI - some folks just collected mooring payments, some delivered ice, drinks and ice cream around to the boats anchored and moored...some did repairs. Brian's one of the best - never ran into anyone in the States like this who does this - very much appreciated him helping us get back on our way to the Bahamas!!!

Called Shelter Bay, they said bring it back. 4 days later we are called to pick up the whaler, along with another invoice for 997.68. After several words of disagreement on the invoices we get the whaler only to find bolts are missing in the lower unit along with no washer on others. This place is completely incompetent. At 140.00 per hour labor rate wouldn't you think someone "inspecting" would notice missing bolts and no washers on the ones they did put in. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. IF YOUR CURIOUS OR BELIVE I'M JUST A DISGRUNTLE CUSTOMER MY INVOICES ARE POSTED, TAKE A LOOK, ALONG WITH MY "COMPLETED" SERVICE ACCORDING TO THEM!
