My bank says otherwise. It is an ACT OF CONGRESS to get your money back, which I have been now told by SIXT that this will take another 3-5 business days to resolve. I had a great experience with SIXT in Philadelphia. Pick up and drop off were both smooth and hassle free. The shuttle back to the airport was waiting on us, when we arrived for drop off. I did take a video of the return check in- just in case it was needed to protect myself from any claims of damage. This was based off of reviews I'd read concerning this company. Great service, polite employees and amazing pricing. I will definitely use them again in Philly!

They offer a shuttle service from and to the airport every 10-15 mins. Unfortunately the low was that they gave us a car smelling like marijuana. At first, we thought it was a skunk. Then we realized what it was snacks it was too late to turn around and do an exchange. I contacted the main company right away and they are nothing but a bunch of incompetent and customer careless agents. They would not offer me a refund but as a "goodwill gesture" they offered me $10 coupon or credit that has never arrived. I have been in continuous communication via email and they don't reply for weeks on ends and with nothing but "we already said we won't refund you but will give you $10 token of goodwill". AWFUL! STAY AWAY FROM THEM! Zero customer care. You're on your own and their prices are NOT cheap. DON'T waste your time!!!
