I was referred to Enterprise from State Farm since I was getting my car fixed at the auto body shop…read morenearby. I 1st went into Enterprise two days before I was to drop off my car and everybody was very nice, this is when I started dealing with AJ. I wanted to get a head start for when I was getting ready to pickup the rental. He answered all my questions about what my insurance covered and what I had to pay for. I went to pickup the car they set me up in a Camry Hybrid that had a lot of scratches on it, I'm going to try and have pictures with this review. AJ said the car fuel tank was full but it was 1 bar down which he stated that is full to Enterprise and just bring back with the same but if I didn't bring to there attention they could of said I needed to pay to fill the tank up at Enterprise prices. I took the car back to the Auto Body shop and moved my belonging from my other car to the rental when I noticed that the car was very dirty on the inside ( see pictures ). While at the body shop AJ cam up to work on something else when I told him about the dirty inside he stated that they don't clean the door jams and inside the doors. State Farm need to rethink about referring Enterprise Prospect Park to anybody. I rented a car in Kennett Sqaure at Enterprise and they washed and ckeaned the car right before I picked it up. I have a lot more I could say about this rental but thats for another review, State Farm please cancel you deal with ALL enterprise locations. Enterprise seems to rent car that they should take to the body shop. TAKE PICTURES ON INSIDE AND OUT TO COVER YOUR ***.

While working in Atlantic City, I flew into PHL and rented a car here. The rental car areas are…read moreall separated by band, so you have to take a bus form the terminal you arrived in to the appropriate rentals car company. That process took about 8 mins for me to wait for the bus, and then about 5 mins to drive to the lot. If you're Executive, they'll drop you off there first. I am Emerald Executive and I checked out nearly all the vehicles in that area only to find basic Chevy's, Fords, etc... nothing exciting. I got in a Chevy SUV (which I hate because those push-button shifters are the worse thing ever!) and looked across to see a Grand Cherokee L series - Which I definitely preferred. The car was decent, not very clean, but very operational. No issues with the car over the few days I used it. Checking back in was easy, they were busy when I got back, so I parked in the lane and jumped out and headed to the bus. That's when I noticed a bunch of Wangoneers being turned back in and I was very disappointed, as I should have access to picking one of those when I picked up! That's what I tend to prefer. Overall - It was a decent experience. Still absolutely love National Car Rental!

Actually had a pretty good experience renting here last month. I do have status from frequent…read morerenting/credit cards and prepaid for my rental, so en route from the airport shuttle I was preassigned a car and was able to go directly to my rental and drive off the lot, bypassing the desk. The return process was just as easy- driving into the Avis return lot and following the employees telling me where to park and within seconds I was checked out. So far, have not received any notification of errant charges, so satisfied with the entire process.

Perhaps they do ok for Avis Preferred people, but if you booked through Costco Travel, AVOID THIS LOCATION. They cannot be trusted to honor your reservation.

The van was very clean. The process was seamless online and they kept in touch with us through out. The 15 passenger Ford transit ran like a beauty on the road no issues and wasn't even rough on the pockets when it came to gas. I was scared to inquire because I have never heard of Greenvans. I went straight to instagram and saw a bunch of pictures but it looked like it was something for BAND members only, but anyone can rent. It is a regular rental company just like the others but BETTER! From the initial interaction to the pickup A+. Easy process, love the ride, comfort and very spacious! We like to rent from National, since we can pick our car from those in the aisle. It was…read moreinteresting at this airport that for National, Enterprise and Avis car rental companies you stand in one long line. The line did go pretty quickly though! I just wish people in line would have spread out and socially distanced better. The rep we got was very friendly and efficient. After quick paperwork, she led us outside to the aisle from which we chose. Our car was great, well-maintained and clean. Tip: Enterprise, Avis, and National share a lot and shuttle. There was a notice on the shuttle's door to call a certain phone number on our return trip to ask for a shuttle. I just took a picture on my phone so I'd have the number.
