This is the one you want. Fantastic experience today with this great family business. Our plumbing was backing up and we knew it was past time to call to have our tank pumped. I looked around and called a few companies. When I phoned Price, I placed a service request immediately. Friendly, straightforward help on the phone. She told me they could probably squeeze us in tomorrow. She gave me a cost estimate based on the size of my home. I thanked her and expected service the next day. My phone rang an hour later. Shane said he had an opening and asked if he could do the service right now. I said sure and a few minutes later they arrived. Their truck and equipment is clean. I had no idea where the septic tank was. They got straight to work, located the tank and took care of everything. Super friendly and professional. The cleaned up so well, you would never know they were here. The bill was exactly what they estimated. From first phone call to fixed in mere hours. I'm very happy. I am really impressed with the customer service of this company. Our septic tank alarm went off early on a Sunday morning. For a home with two people not even one year old, I thought something had to be wrong. I checked our neighborhood's recommendations and found Price's Septic Tank Service, LLC 706-789-3263. I didn't want to call early on a Sunday, so I sent an email. I was surprised that the owners responded immediately with suggestions. I found a bad gfi receptacle and fixed the problem. This family owned business did a fantastic job for us. They pumped the septic tank and inspected the system for a very fair price. I called Price's Septic late one afternoon and they pumped and inspected the system the next morning. This was specifically done because we are selling the house and a condition of closing is getting the septic tank pumped. All was good. Please be present if you call this company to inspect your system. I was not, and now I am paying for it. This company was used to do the "inspection" of the system and drain-field before I bought the house ( I didn't call them, the sellers did). We started noticing slow draining but didn't think it was an issue since it was "inspected". They stated in the letter that it was pumped and inspected, but when I started having issues and the plumber was called he dug the house outlet line and half the tank and had to go through a bunch of roots to access the inlet t. Meaning it had not been inspected. Then the tank kept having issues (water seeped into the cellar floor through the foundation, looks like it had been building up in the soil above and around the tank. ), I dug out to the outlet t and it was covered in moss and roots all across the outlet to a simple plastic drain pipe to no drain field ( which was stated to be in working order). Sadly the lady that I spoke with took no accountability at their obvious lack of inspection and kept interrupting me as I was explaining my situation. Very rude, condescending and unprofessional. My belief is that seeing that the house had been vacant for several years, they flushed a toilet saw it go down and called it a day. Sad. As I stated earlier, be present if you use them to ensure the work is actually done. read more
