I was given three different sized shirts and let him see how they fit! I must say; the man at the store was right! He assessed my frame when I entered this place. He so very much demonstrated his mastery of men's garments! Every inch of wall space at Suit City is adorned with astonishing jackets. They looked like something Elvis Presley would wear! Sequins and colored glass jewelry and the different colors of a rainbow made these clothes stand out! I was such a happy and pleased customer that I bought three very handsome dress shirts! His personality is amazing, and he is so great at his job. He was so tentative and was also very patient and sweet with our 2 year old daughter while my husband was customizing and being sized for suits. We really felt like he genuinely cared about our experience and satisfaction, and we appreciate that so much. When my husband went back to pick up his suit after alterations, he remembered him and details about our lives, which tells me that he is a good listener and is sincere. I will also mention that both managers who I interacted with were equally wonderful. My husband originally bought a suit and ended up exchanging it, and they were so understanding and made it a very easy transaction. We are looking forward to being long time customers.
