I have always been very happy, with not only the thorough job she does, and makes sure it is just how I want it. But she is very friendly and cordial and makes me feel so at ease. I always come away feeling like she took the time to make sure she got "all" the hair in all the places I wanted it taken. Today I scheduled an appointment with her again, but she had asked if I could come in a little earlier, which normally I would try to accommodate but was not able to today. She had me see another clinician instead. However, this person did not do a full "deep bikini." It was more like a very light normal bikini wax. She didn't take hardly any hair but charged me for the full deep bikini. She was friendly, but I felt did not do the job adequatley. Jenn has always taken about 30-45 minutes to do this for me, but the gal today was finished in less than 10 minutes. She left so much hair I came back home and found some old wax strips in my closet and had to re -wax my whole self again. Only I wasn't quite able to get all those spots like Jen always is able to. I came home feeling very dissatisfied and felt like I did not get what I paid for. I think all your employees should be advised to take the time and effort to make sure they are giving the services the client asks for and pays for. As for Jenn, I will stick with her, and give a big shout out to the good service she always provides.

Miss Tammy herself helped me with my Gel X full set, and i also got metallic chrome topper on them. I like my nails a bit short, and she happily and quickly took the almond shape down to the perfect length for me. The whole thing took around 45 minutes and she was lovely the entire time. Reasonable prices, a wonderful color, cateye, and topper selection... Ill be coming back here from now on!! Theres plenty of parking, chairs, and waiting room seating. It is very clean inside. Theres pedicure chairs for little kids too!

He's an expert at application, so I'm never nervous and I've never had an issue. I have my eyebrows microbladded so naturally it is outlined. She went over the line and literally into my eyebrows, chopped off the ends of my eyebrows, and even made my eyebrows uneven. How is that even possible with microbladded brows? I honestly hate giving bad reviews but as someone who rarely goes out to get their eyebrows threaded, I would 100% avoid this place at all cost. A little more detail: when she's on the phone and a client/customer walks in, she will continue to talk on the phone with no customer service etiquette. Sanitation: there is NO code here in terms of sanitation. I literally got bumps on the right side of my eyebrows due to this. This place needs to be shut down. I came in for a consultation and they were able to do the injections immediately after. They had a stress ball, a blanket, and a vibration tool to place on my face to distract me from the pokes and I genuinely had such a pleasant time. I got Botox in two areas as well as lip filler and chin filler and am OBSESSED with how it is looking and know it is only going to get better once the swelling fully subsides.
