I've been here a few times and it's moderate. I had no complaints, I come in and out of this place, it's located right next to the food court. A bit disappointed today. I checked in and she seemed busy enough I grabbed sum pretzels across the way and say at a take to eat until she finished w her customer who was apparently getting the works done. In just going to say- they should really consider wiping down the head cushion in between customers becoming lice and whatever else. On top of that I'm bothered by the money tactics. She offered to clean up my forehead for a cleaner eyebrow look. Like what???! WHAT? $5 extra for my forehead?? I'm a mess but I know my forehead ain't hairy. She did a good job nonetheless, but the money tactic was unpleasant. read more

I have been going to All Natural Eyebrow Threading for 15 years since in the Layton Hills mall in a single chair kiosk! I've never been disappointed in all these years. I take my niece and now daughter. I will also say I've been to many threading shops outside of Utah as well and this place is my favorite!! I came here a few times and never had a big issue. Today I asked for what I usually do and to keep my eye brows on the thick side. Not only did they make them incredibly thin but also took a huge chunk from the front of the brow and it looks like the front of my eyebrow was shaved off. I took my friend Sharifeh here. She doesn't speak much English yet but Angi did a great job making her comfortable and communicating with her. She had her brows shaped and the rest of her face threaded. Sharifeh was so happy! And I'm so happy we found a place where she could have this done since it's a beauty routine she likes to do. They do a great job! I think they must have newer management. I used to come here a few years ago and was unhappy with how much of my eyebrow they removed, but I gave them a second chance when the other place I went to in Farmington closed. I come here about once a month now and I have been happy with the ladies who work here and do the eyebrow threading. The wait can be a little long sometimes. Decided to try this place as it is closer to home than my usual spot. This business has their hours listed as open until 9PM. I showed up at 6:40 and walked in. A customer was having their eyebrows done and another two were waiting. The worker said 'sorry we're closed'. The open sign was lit up, door open and other customers were in the business waiting for service. Maybe they were closing earlier than normal and didn't have time to accommodate me. Simply being told 'we're closed' when they obviously are not was lame and enough to not go back. read more

I'm very particular about my eyebrows even borderline obsessive. New to the area so I took a chance based on online reviews. I've been threading my brows for about 10 years now and used the same artist for 8 of them. The lady who threaded my brows said she'd been threading for 20 years, which temporarily eased the experience. I specifically asked her to clean up the lower brow and top ends only. However, I left there with pencil thin eyebrows which I was NOT so happy with. The salon itself was clean, fairly priced ($8.00 for brows) and there was no wait. She did ask if it was okay to apply any products such as powder before or aloe vera afterwards but ultimately the search for a new eyebrow artist continues. Creating the perfect brow is an art. This was my first eyebrow threading and I was very surprised how painful it was while she threaded on my eyelids... until the next day I realized that I had 4 abrasions/tears on my R eye lid. 2 days later I now have 4 scabs on my R eye lid. I got my eyebrows threaded here after a friend recommended this business and I will never return. For only $8.00, you get what you pay for. I left with my eyebrows looking completely different. I know eyebrows are supposed to look like sisters, not twins, but my brows didn't even look like they were from the same family when I left! I have gone to the Provo location for a while. There are two lady's that work there, one older and one younger. The older lady had always done a great job. The last time I went in, the younger girl was the only one there. I figured I'd give her a try. I sat in the chair, the girl didn't smile once or even say hello. Probably the most unfriendly person I've met. She went so fast on my eyebrows, that they didn't even look like they had been done at all. The next day I was so mad that I went to the Brow Bar at Ulta and had them done. I have gone back to the Provo location several times after that but the older lady is never there, so I end up leaving. I'm pretty much done with this place. read more

I was waiting in line for 15 minutes and I signed in. I saw two people were in front so I sat in the next chair. Some lady walked right in and she took her before me. She asked whose turn it was. I have been going here for over a year. It was quick and easy, reasonably priced. Today I went in and the employee (who i believe is also the owner) began arguing with an unsatisfied customer. She was relentless in her assertion that it was the customers problem, and would not accept any responsibility for the customers dissatisfaction with the services rendered (as wrong or right the customer may have been). The argument went on for 5+ minutes, to the point where both of them had raised their voices. As a fellow customer, I was in awe of the lack of professionalism and basic business principles. I left after they confronted me for my opinion on the matter, with no clear signs of resolution. I will not be returning. read more

I went to the Layton location last Saturday. Me and my brother went in and we both just needed out eyebrows cleaned up which the women did an ok job on. The whole time she was doing my eyebrows she kept trying to do other parts of my face even after I'd say no. Then when it came time for me to pay the lady watched me open my wallet and then when I handed her the card she said she couldn't run it and she needed cash. She had seen I had cash in my wallet and continued to argue with me then went as far to say my card had been declined. She hadn't even tried to run it yet. After arguing with her for about 5 minutes about wether or not I was paying in cash she finally ran my card. When i checked my account it showed she had also given herself a $10 tip. I will not be returning again. She was very rude the whole time. read more

I used to come here years ago. I realized how thin my eyebrows really were and how they just didn't fit my face because of this place. So I switched to EZ eyebrow behind the Newgate mall in Ogden. And let me tell you. SO MUCH BETTER. I've been going to Ogden for about a year now. I love it. The lady is patient, she really listens to what you want and remembers me every time I come in. The other day I came back from a trip and didn't have time to go to Ez. So I decided to go to this place again, maybe they changed, I thought. NOPE. They definitely didn't. I was so upset when I left this place. The owner, I believe, took off so much of my eyebrow when I asked if she could keep my shape and just clean it up. Not to take a lot off. Anyways, she did. After it took me years to get my eyebrows where I wanted she ruined them in less than 5 minutes. They're embarrassingly thin. Also, I remembered another reason why I switched. Here they don't care or take time on you. They just get you in and out for the next customer to sit in that chair. Anytime I try to explain how I want my eyebrows she just nods, shuts me up and starts. Just a horrible horrible place. I learned my lesson.. again. Forget about coming to this place! I told the lady to just clean my eyebrows and trim it. I also told her that I would like to keep the shape and thickness since I trained my eyebrows for a while. I don't know if it was language barrier or what but she did not listen to me at all. So she then BUTCHERED my eyebrows :'(. The eyebrows were just okay , the service was subpar and the Ladies totally Lied about the price , there is a giant sign that says "$7.99" for your first time , and I took my two siblings there for mine and their "first time" and ended up charging us $10 each because she said "thats only for our mall location" and we were like then why do you have this big banner that says $7.99 outside? The salon is awkwardly placed. It's right next to the food court so everyone can see you. That didn't bother me too much. What bothered me was the lady that did my brows. I told her I'm here for my brows. While in the chair she kept trying to do my face no matter how many times I told her no just my brows. Mind you, my face isn't hairy to where I'd think of even threading it. But she was just rude and kept telling me I needed to do my chin and face. She did an ok job with my brows. It's not somewhere I'd go all the time. I just needed them cleaned up since I haven't done them in a while. If you just need a clean up, then this place is ok for that.
