There are heated beds for the cats to sleep on as well as outside runs which are connected to their units so they have somewhere to stretch their legs. The prices here are reasonable and they are quite flexible about picking up and dropping off times as well. They are also happy to accept viewings if you wish to have a look around before you make a decision on whether to use them or not.

We have a…read morerabbit and tend to visit Jollyes to stock up on hay, straw and saw dust for his hutch as Jollyes supplies these products in large bags and at reasonable prices. They also stock large bags of rabbit food in several varieties and small rabbit treats too. When I visited this shop at Christmas I was amused to see that they stocked advent calenders for dogs! The one thing that can annoy me about Jollyes is it takes a while to be served, the staff can be a bit slow at serving and card payments usually take ages to be processed.

The staff are, on the whole, pretty knowledgeable and helpful, and will answer any questions you have. I don't like the fact that they have a HUGE amount of birds in a relatively small cage, and when one of the birds was obviously dead they didn't seem at all bothered about getting it out. Some of the fish don't tend to last too long for some reason, but I have had a few fish from there now which have been ok. One died the next day after bringing it back, and they swapped it for another one for me.

The man…read morewas worried with what cage i had bought for the hamster to live in which is fair enough so went to get a colleague of a second opinion, however the cage id bought clearly said it was fine for the Syrian hamster that I wanted, he himself and the colleague then tried to confuse me and tell me that it belonged on the shelf above (in a very patronising way, laughing), i went on to correct them both and one walked away giggling knowing that the plan obviously hadn't worked. Fair enough the hamster welfare is hugely important, but he was off with me from the beginning. After the misunderstanding he was very knowledgable and answered any questions i had to refresh my memory of how to look after the hamster and i came away happy. Just think its unfair to discriminate, even if it wasn't I'm not sure why he acted the way he did.. On the plus side, my hamster is lovely, she has settled in really well!

They have a lot of stuff you would expect such as leads, bowls, cages and feeders. It is a pet paradise. It is nowhere as big as Pets at home but it has all the essentials you would and could ever need. I believe they sell a few small pets in there as well, such as hamster, mice and rats. If you need supplies for your pet then this should be your first place to come.
