I walked in about 5 minutes after they opened. The woman working heavy sighed when I told her I hadn't been there before, and slowly ripped a form off a pad for me to fill out. She then said, "What's that stain?" in a really almost shocked and annoyed way. I explained it was cat pee and she told me they "probably won't get the smell or the stain out." So I asked if that meant she wasn't even going to try, and she just stared at me. So I told her I have been able to get the smell out of several garments and sheets, that I could probably remove it with vinegar but I needed to know if they could make it any better since this was 100% goose down comforter, and I obviously can't handle that at home. And she SHRUGGED. So I said "Ok, I can go somewhere else." And she said "OK." And she was so unbothered, which makes sense given they probably have plenty of business but it felt like such a bizarre and unwarranted lack of service. Would avoid this place. Got a dress clothes dry cleaned and the collars looked horrible. Didn't carefully button up the shirt and left wrinkles all over the top buttons and collar. Sleeves also wrinkled because they didn't take the time to package properly. Had to iron the shirt again. 0/5. read more

I have discontinued my service Pride Cleaners due to lost items, uncleaned items, poorly cleaned items, and Very Poor Customer Service! I have spent 36 years in the Military and recently retired, I am appalled at the service I received and at the price I was being charged. I would not recommend this dry cleaners to anyone I know. Recommendation, find anther dry cleaners that will provide the level of quality that is expected in cleaning your clothing. read more

I took a pair of black jeans one time and when I picked them up they were faded grey/ black. The manager said there wasn't anything they could do, after getting smart. I called corporate 3 times and weeks later still no return call. I had to go buy another $70 pair of Levi's 501's for no reason. I'll never go back or recommend this place. If i could give this negative stars I would. I went do drop off dry cleaning today and it was about 15 minutes after clothing so I went to drop it off in the after hours slot but you need a 3 digit code and I never got one so I looked inside and there was a guy vacuuming the carpet. I saw his uniform so assumed he would let me in to drop the bag off but he just stood there. Staring at me, and wouldn't open the door. I waited about 20 minutes and he still didn't open the door I just left. Not to mention the countless times they have lost articles of clothing. I would go somewhere else but have had bad experiences. read more
