There was one woman that worked there that was so sweet, and very helpful even when she wasn't asked. Come to find out they let her go because the new wife had a personality conflict! It's really a shame that you let good people go, because the owners wife can't get her act together! The woman they let go ran that place as if it was her own. She took pride in her work and it showed! We've sensed taken our laundry, business elsewhere, to never return to this poorly ran establishment!

She then said, "What's that stain?" in a really almost shocked and annoyed way. I explained it was cat pee and she told me they "probably won't get the smell or the stain out." So I asked if that meant she wasn't even going to try, and she just stared at me. So I told her I have been able to get the smell out of several garments and sheets, that I could probably remove it with vinegar but I needed to know if they could make it any better since this was 100% goose down comforter, and I obviously can't handle that at home. And she SHRUGGED. So I said "Ok, I can go somewhere else." And she said "OK." And she was so unbothered, which makes sense given they probably have plenty of business but it felt like such a bizarre and unwarranted lack of service. I went to another location and they said it won't be a problem.

Not sure why some laundromats don't take scrub brushes to the detergent input bins but this is one where you can't find a clean one. The lighting is good nice clean bathrooms and it's relatively inexpensive compared to other laundromats. Not sure I would come back though.

When I went to pick them up, several of them had been smeared with what looked like grease. They said they would take care of it. No problem. I came back later to get the shirts and they were still not clean, but appeared to be stained. After calmly and professionally requesting for them to "make it right" the owner physically confronted me, belligerently denied responsibility, told me that "I have got to be sh*tting him" for expecting anything from him, and told me to get out. This might be a decent dry cleaner if nothing ever goes wrong, but if something does - look out. These guys are not registered with the BBB or any of the dry cleaners associations.

I read a bunch of bad reviews before going, but honestly couldn't find another laundromat near me…read more I was very pleasantly surprised! They had very nice midsize washers. Some of the super size were a little older but still looked as if to be in reasonable shape. The dryers didn't dry quite as fast as some places I've been but they worked well and dried my cloths. I did 3 - 3x loads of washing and drying. The washers took about 25 min and the dryers the same. There was a very nice lady attendant. She was constantly cleaning. I found a piece of candy in a dryer. She immediately removed it and cleaned the dryer so it would be ready to use. It's a little crowded between tables washers and dryers, but no big deal. I will go back!
