This place is close to our house, and we feel so lucky because they have made a stressful situation seem so easy. There are so many washers and dryers there and it is easily customizable. You can be there for as long as you want/need. There is an app you pay with, and it keeps time of the machines you are using. We usually have 2-3 loads a week and have had no trouble finding machines. Typically, we put our laundry in, walk over to our gym for 30 minutes, come back to put our clothes in the dryer, and finish our workout for the last hour. It is so clean in there and they have a lot of areas for folding. You can purchase laundry supplies there and the women working there are so kind. The owner Steve is also very friendly and very helpful. We love it here!

I went to this Pride location because I had heard good things about Pride in Westport and around midtown. Dude, every experience with this store has been disappointing and frustrating. I had a pair of slacks I took in on my first visit along with several dress shirts. I had to take the slacks back THREE times in order to get some small spots removed that were caused by a milkshake that splashed on a floor in a restaurant near were I was standing (simple protein stains) THREE TIMES I had to take them back because the spots continued showing up every time I went to pick them up. I was offered no apology and no compensation for all of the repeat visits. Then I started uncovering the dress shirts I got back from them in my closet and there was no starch and no seams pressed on the shirts!!!!! Everytime I dropped shirts off I requested heavy starch. They ignored all of my requests. Guys...a dry cleaner? I have few requests. #1 Clean my clothes #2 iron the shirts and add starch when I request it. These people aren't even kind. Just a warning before you invest the time and money that I did in the NKC location. Find another dry cleaner.

The machines are newer and more reliable than at a lot of other places. The tables for folding are huge. The newest washing machines take a little longer, but they extract so much water from the clothes than drying time is reduced by about 25 cents a load. The result is less time overall doing laundry and less money spent. The staff and friendly, and the clientele are very diverse. My only complaint? Laundromat doors should open both ways. Generally your hands are full both entering and exiting, so having to use the handle to open the door isn't easy.

I am shocked about new system using laundry card to upload money to start washers and dryers now. I have to say 4.50-6dollars for washer is expensive. I use 2.50 to wash my clothes. The dryers are cheap. quarter for 5mins. I only need to put dollar in to use 20mins to dry my clothes. Dryer from my place cost me 3-3.50. However, i do like that on Wednesday's its 2 dollars off washers after 4pm. I just wish it was all day. The place is very clean, temperature is cool, bathroom is nice and clean. The owners yelled @ my husband & me for not reading their SMALL sign to "no dry only laundry" policy. Our dryer broke so we came here on Saturday, January 31st, 2026 around 2pm. We paid $3 for 2 big dryers for ONLY 30 minutes each! The owner & his possible wife or co-owner came up to us & said we can't only dry our clothes & asked if we read their sign @ the front door. They have multiple signs on both glass doors & the one they referred to was on a small 8x10 paper. We offered to pay for the washers also so we can keep drying our laundry but they refused & KEPT yelling & escalating. The owner while yelling he'll give us our money back if we leave, tried to grab the doors to the dryers. My husband blocked him & said we'll leave if they give us room to get our belongings. The owners still wanted to fight & yell @ us even though we agreed to leave making us feel UNSAFE that it may escalate or worse! The wife gave me $3 after we grabbed our 2 loads of laundry & left vowing to NEVER RETURN! Also, the two WET, dirty, carpeted ramps by the front door to the laundry machines have multiple towels on the floor & soft spots that are UNSAFE & a trip hazard to ALL the customers. We should have known once we walked onto those ramps that this is an UNSAFE & UNRELIABLE business! Since their front entrance is in disrepair, what's more to the rest of the laundromat?! We wish we had taken photos but wanted to GTFO!

I did have to spend about 24 dollars for 3 loads in the wash, and about 5 dollars to dry everything, but for what I've seen my old hotels laundry set at, and at other places I looked at before I came this was surprising to me! The attendant here is really kind and will help you with anything you need. There were a lot of machines vacantly occupied while I was there and he had no problem immediately getting stuff out if people weren't there to make room for the next in line. He's a social guy and extremely friendly. One of those types that smiles with his eyes. I will absolutely be back :D

I had a body that is a bit big for Medium Chef Coat and too small for a Large Chef Coat, which I just found out, je je je, going to the gym will definitely fix this issue, but I cannot wait six months, I needed the chef coats to be tailored to my current body type, I had a meeting in 12 hours, and Misha took care of my needs, by fixing one in an hour and the other four by the next day.
