(And his rates are more than reasonable!) Robert is a true professional -- detail-oriented, attentive, honest, knowledgable, kind and super-trustworthy. He has done an excellent job marketing my home -- creating a beautiful listing on his site, and posting attractive advertisements on all the main sites (and then some). He is attentive to any communication about my home whether it's from me or prospective buyers. He responds to my emails/calls within minutes (day/night/weekend), and his responses are always thorough and thoughtful. Robert is very pro-active, and always actively thinking of variables that may affect buyers/sellers (interest rates, market trends, weather, etc). He facilitated the purchase of my home at a time when the market was quite competitive for a great price! (The sellers then commented that Robert offered "the most professional contract" of all the agents.) Now, as a seller, I see that Robert is just as amazing as a seller's agent as he is as a buyer's agent. Further, this guy's character can't be beat -- when I locked myself out of my home on a weekend winter night, he was there in a dash, letting me back in so I wouldn't have to pay for a locksmith. I have been friendly with all the renters who have had NONE stop complaints about them. They lack integrity, they don't care about getting back to renters about issues when they arise, and they put bandaids on serious problems. I personally had to deal with them due to a 100 year old wood burning stove their renters lit. Smoke from the stove filled my property setting off carbon monoxide alarms. Marcus Boyd blamed ME! At the time I wasn't even home and luckily on vacation and my dogs were being boarded. I asked to be a part of the inspection of the stove and he had the audacity to ask me to split the cost!!!!! That is, even they even actually schedule an inspection. It's been 5 days since the incident and i have asked for the schedule date with no response. I have also asked when the flu was last serviced with zero response. My house could have burned to the ground and people and pets could have died. He blamed my builder and tried to go after my insurance company for damaging the stove. I mean, how incredibly ludacris is that?! These are flat out horrible people. They have created bad blood with both neighboring properties for the poor owner. Best of luck to them in their business ventures. They are nasty, blood sucking, money hungry jerks.

Not to mention, we were able to have settlement at the lender's office, convenient to both the buyer and I. There was a snag with the transfer of water service from me to the new owner, which could have been avoided had MTW given clear instructions to both the buyer and I; at any rate, MTW stepped-up to resolve the situation. I challenge any buyer/seller to find a title company in Prince George's County, that matches MTW's level of service and rates. I would certainly recommend them.
