After checking them out online, I sent a quick email asking for more info. The owners replied immediately and were so helpful! We did a walkthrough of the space and fell in love. We did rent all the rooms and the price was very reasonable. My party had karaoke set up in the green room and a photo booth in the white room with the fireplace. My guests loved how much space we had while still feeling connected. The owners were beyond helpful throughout the entire experience before party, during and after. I would definitely recommend this venue for many events, big and small.

No place to pour out our leftover drinks , or drain anything out, rinse anything off etc.. Absolutely did not like or appreciate how total strangers from other parties that were there were able to come in and out of our party to get to their rooms. That was rude and disrespectful. And for us to go through their party to get to the only restrooms made our guest feel uncomfortable walking through their parties. Two many parties going on at one time walking through what was supposed to be a private party.

Last Saturday, August 10, 2024, my mother and I rented 14 tables and 65 chairs from Affordable Party Rental & Supply for my sister's 12:00pm baby shower, to be delivered at an outdoor pavilion at a park in Loveland at 10:00am (per a signed contract). We had showed up to the pavilion at 9:30am the day of our event in case the company arrived slightly earlier than scheduled. Around 10:30am, the delivery still had not been made so I called the company. The phone went to voicemail, but the call was returned 5 minutes later. I was told over the phone that the driver's previous delivery had "ran into an issue" and that our delivery would be arriving in approximately 30 minutes. It is now 11:00am, no delivery, no communication from the company as to what's taking so long. At this point, our catering is due to arrive in 15 minutes and we don't have tables to set food up on. Our catering arrived on time and the catering driver had to stay until tables were delivered so he could take his supplies back to the restaurant with him. I had to call the company again at 11:30 and was told "we had to stop and get gas because our truck almost ran out and we're checking your order right now. It'll be another 20 minutes and we'll be there." With no tables delivered and food needing to be set up under chafing dishes and kept warm, food safety now became an issue. In addition, the local restaurant we used to cater our event was also put behind their schedule because of Affordable Party Rental and Supply's lack of communication and extreme tardiness. I informed the Affordable Party Rental driver that our catering had already arrived and guests were due to show up at 12:00pm and we are still table and chair-less. We waited another 15 minutes and received a call from the driver who told me he was at the venue...he was not. He went to the wrong venue. By the time our tables and chairs arrived, it was 12:20pm. Guests had already arrived to the baby shower expecting to eat good food and have fun! Instead, they actually helped set the tables and chairs up and decorate. When the two young men FINALLY brought all of our tables and chairs--incredibly slow with zero urgency--I pulled them off to the side and had to explain to them that this not only looks bad on YOUR company, but my mother and I as hosts of this baby shower. Guests of any event shouldn't have to help the host set up. We chose this company to work with mainly because their website says they're veteran owned and our family tries to support vets and local companies whenever we can. I have never worked with such an unprofessional company. When it comes time to have the tables and chairs picked up from our event, the contract stated a 5:30pm pick up time. We had rushed through our (already running behind schedule thanks to this company) event so we could have all of our decorations and other things put away in time for pick up. I should've known the company would be late picking up the order too! At 5:45pm, we called Affordable Party Rental to get an ETA on pick up. The driver was the same that we'd spoken to earlier in the day, and he said "oh I was told you moved your pick up time to 6:00pm I'm still 20 minutes away." We didn't move the pick up time. The driver told us that we didn't have to wait for them to get there, that we could just leave the items and they'd be there to pick them up soon. We asked the driver on the phone that since he said that, if anything happens to the tables/chairs while they're unattended, would we be released of any liability? The driver replied "well let's hope to God nothing happens to them because no." I wish I could say I was shocked, but at this point nothing surprised me with this company anymore. The drivers arrived at 6:15pm to pick up our order. What should've been a fun and happy day for our family was tainted with frustration and anger because of this company. We contacted the company the day after our event and were given excuses yet again. "It's so hard to find good help...it was a rough morning that day...", etc. Multiple emails back and forth were sent to the company (because they don't like to speak with customers on the phone). In one of those emails, Affordable Party Rental and Supply said they wouldn't refund anything but offered a 25% discount on a future order. As if we'd use them again! Affordable Party Rental and Supply did end up refunding half of our total purchase amount...only AFTER a report to the Better Business Bureau was made. It also should be noted, there hasn't been communication with the company since the BBB report was filed. They didn't reach out to say they were refunding anything, they just did it. I have nothing positive to say about this company.

A team of us just hosted a wine festival at this venue and I have no clue how this place is rated anything beyond 1 star and the 1 star is for the venue itself - the wife of the husband/wife team that runs this place was a complete disaster to work with.... I've never worked with a venue so poorly managed and ill-equipped. The 5 star reviews on Google have to be from people in two categories: 1) friends/family of the owners or 2) people the owners are trying to impress because nothing about the experience with them, specifically the wife, was worth even 1 star. We had to bring in our own tables because they didn't have enough and at the end of the night, the husband (surprisingly the more reasonable one) attempted to keep them, argued with me so badly about tables I brought from my house that I just told him to keep them (they were later retrieved by another member of our team). If you asked the wife anything it was as if she was being bothered, which was laughable, seeing as she "owned" the place...and she was sure to let us know that. We had to mop the floor during our event due to a spill, because they looked at it and waited for us to do it, didn't put out a wet floor sign after being asked for something to dry the floor with or put out a sign. It was simply awful - if you really want to know their character, check out their Facebook business page where they don't allow you to review and only share positive reviews from a paid review site (nicejob.com) that allows them to monitor what potential clients see from reviews they receive. How many reputable businesses that have a Facebook page, don't have a place for reviews?? Stay away from this place unless it goes under new ownership - the negative Google reviews are 100% accurate.

Despite dealing with COVID restrictions, The Manor House was able to deliver a high quality event and made navigating a pandemic wedding as comfortable as possible. Venue staff put our needs first, and they were extremely attentive and flexible. Shannon was our venue contact. She was absolutely delightful to work with. Shannon was responsive, polite, and assisted greatly as an industry liaison. She was certainly a major contributor to the success of the event. We had several unanticipated changes the day before the wedding. The Manor House worked with us to create an outcome better than previously planned. We believe this showcases the venue's ability to pivot quickly while providing quality service.

It didn't look very well attended and now we know why. They must have known something that we didn't. I have been to several Mother's Day Buffets there and I know that they know better than to charge $55.00/person for the cheap garbage they foisted on the guests. How many ways can they serve PORK(the cheapest meat on the market and half the price of a pound of hamburger), along with dozens of hard boiled eggs at less than 2.00/doz., some beef that was tough and obviously a low price cut or mystery meat. The salads were sparse, there were no cheese selections at all, no juices served, and not a single vegetable was on the menu. I don't believe that I have EVER been to a buffet that didn't at least serve green beans(but then, right now they cost more/pound than pork). The buffet was FULL of "filler foods" like donuts and muffins. The service was terrible. If you wanted something to drink, you had to go get it yourself. That "buffet" wasn't even worth $150. let alone $275.00 There was a sign out front that said "Mother's Day Buffet". We will not be stupid enough to be "taken" a second time. We will NOT be back.
