The sprinkler repair company charged me an extra 100 to locate it. I am not asking for my additional cost, I am only asking Bo to come out and repair 3x3 turf area that had to be pulled to make the valve repair. Bo said I would have to pay $500 for turf maintenance for them to repair it. BEWARE....UNBELIEVEABLE!

This was a major investment but worth every penny. Our dogs aren't rolling and running in dirt and grass and bringing on the dirt, grass and pollens with them. This has made a huge difference with my allergies. Also helps to keep the house cleaner and our pool since our dogs tend to sit on the top step to cool off after they are done running and playing. We did a lot of research on artificial turf, the installation process, pros and cons, pets, and having issues with smell. After all the research on artificial turf, I research companies and followed a few companies that seemed like they offered what we were looking for and looked at pics and read all the reviews on the companies. North Texas Luxury Lawns was hands down the right choice. Out of the companies we requested quotes from we had 2 companies that never responded, one that came out and said they would send a quote and never did (even after i requested one several times) and a couple that came out and sent quotes but told use they had to cap off our sprinkler system or used dirt under the turf (cheapest way to install and odors will build up). Need to have the sprinklers....hello we live in Texas and go months without rain and the foundation to our home has to be watered. Through this process Bo confirmed everything that we found in our research and used the processes and materials we were looking for. This is a large investment and we wanted to make sure it would be done correctly. No understood that and boy! Let me tell you...they did an AMAZING job! There are a lot of fly by night companies or companies that will steal your money and leave you high and dry.....this is not one of them.
