Second appointment: said he was leaving, then never showed up and didn't notify me. Third appointment: I had to call to reschedule myself. He said he was "on the way," then didn't show up again. When I called back, he hung up on me. This is unacceptable customer service. If you can't communicate or respect appointments, how can anyone trust the quality of the installation? They also don't seem to have a Google presence, which makes accountability even harder. I have evidence of the missed appointments and communication. I'm filing complaints with the BBB and posting reviews on multiple platforms. Avoid--seriously, stay away.

He provided samples and walked my yard with me and really listened to me. The bid was about 30% less than others and with upgraded material. I paid the material deposit on June 1st; on June 2nd they had the project half way done, on June 3rd 2024 they finished by 3pm for 800 sq ft of turf. I am sooooo happy! Keith and Leonardo were my installers and they even moved the kids swing set and placed it right where I wanted it on the new turf. No more muddy spots under the swing set! They have done about 30+ yards but I couldn't find reviews anywhere....I took a chance on them and I'm glad I did. They are honest and do high end work. I encouraged them to get on yelp or google. I am very happy to allow others to see my new yard out here in Watauga Tx. Give these guys a call and if it works with my schedule the contractor might be ok with walking my yard with you.
