Another worst experience of my life. I went in for my appointment for severe swelling and pain. As…read moresoon as the doctor walked in she attacked my weight. I am morbidly obese. She spent every bit of 7mins or so talking about how she would not treat me and that she can treat me after weight loss surgery and her other choice monjauro. I asked her, wait am I here for a weight loss consult or am I here for pain and swelling in my legs? She would not exam me, I had to lift my dress up to show her what I was dealing with and how the pain prevents me from being active. I was so embarrassed and in tears practically. I have been treated poorly by doctors pretty much my entire adult life. I recently moved here to have better medical support. I first noticed this company on Facebook ads and made an appointment. This was the last piece of me working hard to get my life back. I just want to be able to walk. To bring back circulation and have less pain to be able to have a better quality of life. I was told that I would have an ultrasound done and that wasn't performed. The doctor said even if they found an issue she will not help me. This doctor (Middleton) needs a class on being compassionate/empathetic, class on respect and maybe she needs to be aware of what her job is at the vein center. I walked out of the office as I was so distraught that I couldn't remember how to get out the office. I felt so uncomfortable with her walking behind me and the staff was just staring. Should could have been recording me. No one helped me. No one asked what was wrong! I broke down crying when I made it to the first floor. I told her that I am under a weight loss program and as I mentioned to her that I am on Wegovy! She would not let it go and had complete disgust on her face. This is the last piece that I need emergent help with. I will post my review in multiple areas since google likes to delete reviews. I called their 100number and put in a complaint. No one has called me or anything. I wish I never called. I'm back on the hunt for another doctor

Oversold and underdelivered. Formerly Precision Vascular. If you want to be lied to, gaslit and not…read moreget the care sold, go here. They are no different than the other vein clinics offering FREE vein care covered by insurance. It is a scam until you go through insurance, and they say you owe a huge amount due to coinsurance. This was my third company to try to get simple sclerotherapy, and again disappointed by the smoke n mirrors technique they all use to get you in. Three different people in the Plano office told me they ran my insurance and the services recommended were covered 100%, except for sclerotherapy which was 175 a leg. I went to verify this w my insurance, and found this was not the case. BCBSTX stated they could order a pre service estimate but StrideCare manager Willy Woods stated he's never heard of that after checking with his company. Then he stated price was 2100.00 aside from sclerotherapy due to coinsirance. I spoke to Cashandra at the Plano office, manager who gaslit me stating she did tell me about coinsirance when she didn't, then the regional manager, Willy Woods was even more unprofessional. He started off great stating he was going to deliver great service to make this right and spoke to Cashandra and staff to let them know they needed to stop telling clients all was covered by insurance until they ran it. Said he understood they miscommunicated and could knock it down to 1600. Told him I was willing to meet them in the middle, then after speaking to his boss, Dr Humphrey, he called back and said they didn't realize I need 6-7 procedures not the 3 he thought upfront and was firm on his price. I never said 3 as I assumed he reviewed what I needed before calling me to discuss price.. what on earth?! I then asked for his boss, Dr Humphrey to call me and he never did. I did their legwork for them and called my insurance for a "pre estimate for service" and they said their contracted rate w this company was 264 per main vein, I have 3= 796.. i offered 750 for everything and and never heard back. Willy Woods raised his voice to me on the telephone when I told him he was not delivering what his staff and company sold me, then he went through a CANNED CHECK LIST of: "ma'am I have 1) kept my tone professional, 2) not raised my voice, and 3) did my job to try to make this work for you". Laughable managerial skills at best and the company is just another vascular chain overselling and under delivering. The other two I reviewed were even worse. Be careful to avoid these clinics offering free vein services, they are not even honoring their contracted rates with the insurance companies, or what they state will cover 100%. Disappointed in the industry and tired of unprofessional businesses lack of accountability all the way around. I have had a chiropractor since tell me vein clinics like this are forever impairing women's quality of life through damaging their veins. Another vascular surgeon stated he'd never recommend these type of clinics either. I will stick to sclerotherapy until more reputable treatments are offered by surgeons with a history of success and professional business practices. This is my experience, hope yours is better!

Non-existent communication, I dealt with multiple calls saying they received my referral, but when I tried repeatedly to make an appointment they said they didn't have my referral! It was bordering on comical, but the complete lack of accountability and knowledge made it more like a humiliation ritual. After more than a week of this, I was finally able to make an appointment and have the procedure done. Quality of care was nothing special, Dr. Suba seemed to be in a rush to get the appointment over with, not much of a bedside manner and a little condescending. I was told I needed to return for another procedure which I was able to schedule at the time, so that was a small victory. When I went back, the woman who performed the more advanced procedure was warm, comforting and professional. Unfortunately I forgot her name, but I feel like she's the only bright spot in that place! So, I was also told they wanted to place a heart monitor on me between my surgeries but when I attempted to make an appointment for that, I was faced with the same circus I experienced prior when trying to speak with an actual person and get something scheduled. Fast forward to today, I've completed both my surgeries and never had a monitor implemented. I will never return to that place, if I need to see another cardiologist I will seek out an independent doctor instead of going through a chain type place like this one. It appears that a lot of the doctors they employ are transplants from outside of the country, and have a different view on what quality of care looks like.

I truly believe the confidence as well as the encouragement they have given me is the reason I haven't had anymore cardiac events. But the ONE only issue I have is the very long wait time to speak to a life person in the office so making an appointment can be a challenge. Hoping they can fix this problem. Other than that I can highly recommend this practice!
