She is my new best ever chiropractor. My shoulder had been hurting for 2 1/2 years. I've had injections, medications, and physical therapy but nothing has helped. On my second visit Dr Annie focused on that shoulder and I left there with no pain. She is amazing! She uses muscle testing and what I call a thumper. She is excellent at reading the muscles and only adjusting what needs to be adjusted. She also has a laser. I'm looking forward to a long relationship with her. I also think they have the funniest and friendliest staff and the other patients are great, making it an enjoyable visit. Compass treats the whole system so they suggested stretching, chiropractic, decompression and red light therapy, all of which really helped my knees and back. I still see them for chiro and decompression as they have reasonable monthly plans. My insurance covers some of this now (it did not in 2022 so I paid cash) but for me the relief was worth every penny. Note: I do always recommend getting insurance treatment plans in WRITING.

Second, they have the best rates in town. Definitely get a a ubscription plan. It will save you money. Even more if you have insurance! A major perk that sets this office apart from others is being able to check in as needed. You can absolutely set up appointment times, most people do this out of convenience and I highly recommend it. I walk in and check in without an appointment, which can mean that I will wait sometimes, but very rarely do I have to wait. The line is always short when I come in. It is very much in and out, very quick. Very professional! You're not gonna waste your time in this office, waiting. They're very quick, very friendly and very reasonable. These are real people in the community who genuinely want to help you not be in pain. That's another thing that this apart from others it's not just about making money off of you. It's about making sure that you are actually recovering and progressing. That you're not always hurting, and that you can eventually move into maintenance. I swear by this offices practices.
