I've never tried MedSpa IVs before, but was curious. After feeling a little down over the holidays i decided to take the plunge. My first visit was great! Friendly welcome, typical intake paperwork. I had looked up how to prepare so i had tried to hydrate and had something to eat prior. I chose the local menu "superwoman" cocktail which covered immunity, plus some energy boosters. The process was smooth and comfortable. I appreciated the questions that were asked to help me and my friend choose which option was best. My friend chose a CoQ10 shot on top of a Meyers. We were prepped with stints and then headed in to the comfy massage chairs for about an hour for the IV. Finished out easily, later that day i definitely needed a little nap but felt fantastic overall! Went back a week later, similar procedure and friendly staff, I chose the Liver detox special they had going on and had cleared my Saturday on case it hit hard. I'm glad did because i would be fine and then get hit with a huge wave of exhaustion, fuzzy headed. After a weekend of rest I'm feeling better than before! Already noticed a decrease in cravings and better sleep. Can't wait to keep trying the drips and other services by the lovey team at Prime IV, Power and McKellips!! read more

Wonderful staff. Relaxing environment and rejuvenating treatments! I enjoy the massage chairs and oxygen while getting my favorite - the jet lag IV before a long trip. It makes such a difference. Very comprehensive and knowledgeable staff. "Jina"owns all locations so give the introductory offers a try - you'll be glad you did. If you suffer from elderly or middle aged lack of energy they use only the best treatments (intravenous drips, Meyers, etc) to boost your natural systems back to good health. Our first visit to north Mesa location was yesterday Friday 1:30pm and we were very pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and clean office- clinic operation. I received a friend's referral to this business but have been unable to make contact. Called twice during normal business hours but no one picked up so I left voice mails. No response. Went onto website and sent two text messages but again no response. This does not instill confidence in this business's follow up/follow through. Certainly calls into question how thorough their sterilization procedures are if they take the same lackadaisical approach. Update: Owner responded they had no record of any of my contacts yet I started receiving text solicitations from two different phone numbers! Replied 'Stop' to both and continued to receive solicitations! Had to block numbers. YIKES! Unprofessional, disorganized and clueless!! read more

What a beautiful oasis in an otherwise everyday mall area! I found from the outset a very inviting atmosphere both visually and from an overall hospitality perspective. Gina and her staff came across not only knowledgeable but also genuinely interested in helping people. Aside from the obvious discomfort of a needle, the experience was pretty painless and relaxing. My only challenge was balancing the need to pee vs not wanting to leave the comfort of their state of the art massage chairs, which can't be missed!
