One thing I realized was "safety & quality over cheapest price" My first round Stacy set true EXPECTATIONS with me since I had NO BUTT ANYWHERE. Let's say she exceeded my expectations on the first round!! My butt went from flat to big and natural!! She makes sure she does what she needs to do for the fat that is transferred to live and I retained 85-90% of fat from the 1st round!! She is always on call for you and checks on you daily after procedure. I've never felt more safe with a doctor before being so scared to doing a BBL in general as a single mother. During the consultation I was of course asked for my medical history which I provided I let them know I had fibromyalgia at that time. (it is not the owner or the manager in the room with you during the initial consultation, so they are not fully aware of the information provided) I also opened an account through cherry which is a financial institution The Glow Method is affiliated with in order to pay for the procedure per their options. I scheduled my procedure for about 4 months in advance. I made several on time payments as directed. At my Pre-Op appointment I went in and discussed the procedure with Eliza and she advised me against the procedure due to my Fibromyalgia and how much it would hurt, which I was very grateful that she let me know at the time. (When I mentioned this to the manager later on, she brushed it off and stated she wasn't aware that this was the reason for my cancellation ) So I asked Eliza if I could cancel and get a refund for what I've paid into the procedure and she said it would be no problem. Well.. it was a problem. The Glow Method ended up refunding Cherry only a partial payment and they kept the rest around $1500. After several weeks of going in circles with Amber the manager, I was basically told nothing could be done to refund anything else as the Cherry account was closed and they were keeping the deposit of 20% of the total $7,500 which I was not informed about in any consultation (read the fine print ladies) Amber kept having me track her down to figure out what was going on which was incredibly frustrating. She just kept saying she's working on it... If she knew they were keeping the money, then why have me go in circles trying to contact them to follow up? The "transparency" they claim to have was not coming through. I guess the company must be in dire need in order to keep that much money for absolutely no services provided. At one point Amber even mocked and said, "well what do you want me to do give you a check? we don't have checks here at the office haha." This happened to a friend of mine a few years back where they also kept her $2000 cash and wouldn't refund it and that was not 20% of her total. (I had hoped I wouldn't go through the same thing I guess) So if you plan on getting a procedure of this magnitude keep in mind that you will lose any money you have paid into the procedure if you need to cancel, even if you were advised to do so.... This was an incredibly expensive "consultation" I guess I donated to a poor pathetic cause. Ladies there are so many other places to receive these types of services. Don't risk this amount of money on a company that responds in this manner when something comes up.. especially a medical reason. You just never know what can happen by the time your procedure arrives and you may need to cancel, you don't want to lose that much money.

I wasn't able to book on their website because with the Groupon, you have to call. Over a two week period of time, I called at least eight times and finally when I complained I got an answer back I should clarify. I got multiple answers back from multiple different phone numbers for multiple different days and times that didn't work for me. Finally, yesterday I finally heard back from someone who said the only opening she had was at 6 PM on Monday, which would require me to stay an hour later at work so that I could stop there on my way home. I took it because I was desperate at this point. A couple of hours later I got a text from a different phone number saying that there was an opening at 4:30 PM on Sunday...today. I told her that I was confused because someone had already booked me for 6 PM on Monday. She said they have cancellations all the time and new openings. I took the appointment yesterday for today. This morning, my dog died. I texted and told them that I couldn't make it because of a pet emergency and was charged a $75 cancellation fee on top of the $96 that I already paid for a $65 procedure. At this point, I believe this is their business model. They sell Groupon and can't ever get anybody in for an appointment. They schedule you and if you cancel, you are charged more than what the appointment should have cost. They make their money either way. I am already out of pocket $171 for whatever everyone else charges $65 for and I didn't get anything done. Beware!!!! Apparently they are really, really needing money.

Totally uneven in places after it finally settled and I don't even want to go back to have them fix it. On top of that I scheduled a facial a month in advance, called the day before to confirm only to find out that their staff had canceled it because the girl who does facials is working her second job that day and they don't even know her work schedule for her second job to re book. Stay far away. I unfortunately pre paid for these services and am disputing the charge for the facial as the owner refuses to give a refund. I would not recommend this hole in the wall of a "day spa" to my worst enemy!!
