I attempted to resolve this through the staff, CareCredit, and Options, but they were completely unwilling to help. Extremely frustrated with the lack of professionalism here. I do not recommend this place to anyone! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! REVIEW: I discovered Options Medical at a health expo, where they promoted free body scans. I wasn't planning to commit to a program but ended up signing up for their 18-week plan for $2,300 through Care Credit because it seemed promising. However, my overall experience didn't meet my expectations. From the start, I was clear that I wanted to lose weight naturally by making lifestyle changes and improving my eating habits. I had already started changing my eating habits and including more protein, which led to noticeable weight loss. Once they began changing up what was working for me, I stopped losing weight. About two weeks in, they began discussing GLP (Ozempic), which wasn't something I was comfortable with. The program seemed to focus heavily on promoting Ozempic for faster results, which didn't align with my goals. I also tried their Lipo (Lipotropic) shots for three months, but I started experiencing a reaction that caused raised bumps and scabs on my right arm and a stinging/burning sensation in my left arm that left me in tears. After three instances, I stopped taking the shots around week seven, as the staff couldn't provide much guidance on why this was happening. I also didn't feel like the staff was adequately trained or equipped to address medical issues when they arose, which was disappointing. I was prescribed phentermine for appetite suppression but didn't notice any significant difference from taking it, so I discontinued it after about three months. While the staff members were polite, my appointments with the nurse practitioner felt very brief and unhelpful. They were usually under 10 minutes and didn't provide meaningful guidance. I decided to only attend 2/5 sessions. The app they provided also didn't work well, it kept logging me out and was difficult to use. When I stopped attending around week 10 of 18, they never called or reached out to check in after not seeing me for eight weeks. The only communication I received were automated texts with links to reschedule. However, the links didn't work and required me to pay just to book an appointment. Although I lost 12 lbs overall, which I was happy about, it was nowhere near my goal, and I don't feel the program delivered the level of support I was expecting. The nutritional guidebook provided was barely referenced, and weekly visits were pointless. The ladies at Options are nice, but the environment didn't feel particularly welcoming or encouraging. It seemed more focused on getting people in the door and discussing medications rather than creating a tailored, natural approach to weight loss. This program might be a good fit for someone open to taking Ozempic for quicker results. However, for those wanting a more natural path to weight loss, it may not align with your goals. For $2,300, I had hoped for a more personalized, supportive, and functional experience.

I had to email a picture of it along with the charge evidence on my husband's credit card. They finally believed me and I scheduled my appt. I asked how much per unit for Botox during my time with the doctor and he said he didn't know so he sent in the lady who handles that. When my husband bought the gift card they had said it was enough for 40 units plus tip. This lady told me for 40 units would be about $30 over my gift certificate value (never mind a tip). I asked about it and she said that included the $120 consultation fee. I have been getting Botox for 7 years and have never once heard of this. They ended up waving it and saying now my total would be about $17 under my gift certificate total. That's a difference in price of around $47, not $120. The whole place seemed sketchy- they never wanted to give me a definite price per unit and didn't seem sure of themselves. Moving on to the actual Botox. It took about an hour before they actually did the Botox. Ridiculous! He uses a surgical pen that leaves marks for about 24 hours instead of the white pencil most places use. I am 8 days post injection of Botox and my forehead still feels like I ran into a wall- it is so tender and sore! This is not normal for me or for anyone. I also had more bulging than ever before. The people were nice enough but didn't seem to like my questions regarding pricing. I definitely would not recommend this place or go back. I was highly uncomfortable the whole time.

I have another 50 lbs to go until I reach my goal. There are a number of staff at the MF Location in Chandler - there aren't Medifast Centers in Tucson, so I drive up every other week for my 'counseling' session... where I weigh in, get measured, and talk to the girls about how my week or two has been. Have to admit the holidays were rough -- MF is a low-carb (not insanely low-- a la Atkins), low-fat (healthy fats are allowed), low-sodium (seriously, the first 2 weeks I lost 22 lbs, and I know a lot of that was from retaining so much liquid with the high sodium diet that is standard in the USA), and high-protein meal-replacement plan. 5 MF meals and one "lean and green" meal that is real food. The meals are all carb/protein balanced, and the food charts for the Lean & Green are based on carb counts of the foods - which can help make decisions about what to eat if the weight loss has slowed down for some reason. Medifast has been around for 25 years, and used to be liquid shakes only... they've improved the food offerings 1,000%! There's oatmeal, really good bars, brownies, soups, chili, sloppy joe, puddings, soft serve ice cream type stuff, crackers, puffed rice snacky things, and snacky "meals" that take the place of potato chips and snack foods along those lines. I love the program. I love the girls at the office... but I call them girls because I don't believe any of them have had the life experience to truly be 'counseling' me, an over-40, overweight-the-last-twenty-years-of-my-life, eat-because-of-every-reason-but-hunger woman. They have degrees in Nutrition or Dietetics (sp?) from 4-year universities -- which is awesome... I just wish they had a few more employees who know what it is like to live life at over 200 lbs. This is the only thing that stops me from giving it a 5-star rating. Between the food and the accountability - I have lost 100 lbs.
