However, before I purchase a Groupon I always contact the merchant directly. In this case, I called because it was a 50-60 minute drive from where I was coming from to take advantage of the Groupon offer. I spoke with a lady on the phone who gave me directions. Upon arrival and stepping into the MedSpa, I was greeted with, "Do YOU have an appointment?" Not a, "Hello, Welcome in, how are you today?" Just a rude, direct stare of, "Do you have an appointment?' I responded with, "Yes I do, with Christy. As she was the one I spoke to on the phone," who appeared to be friendly and willing to get me in. The lady at the front desk as I walked in gave me rude, discriminatory "why are YOU here?" vibes. I didn't think much of it until later. Just wait for it. Christy and I had a great consultation and even shared business tips to expand her business with injections since she came from a nursing background. I really liked her. However, throughout the consultation I offered to redeem my voucher before service and she insisted to do it after. During the consultation we began discussing other services and treatments that would be of interest at a later time. As we were talking we discussed how the amount of Dysport I've been getting might not have been giving me the desired results. Well, during the discussion the price increased to an additional $4?? and I immediately said, that will need to be done at a different time since I already invested $105 towards the voucher. Christy proceeded in letting me know we could split it up. So, I proceeded with ok, let's just do that! It was done in less than 5 mins and time to go. We proceeded to the desk to checkout and after redeeming the voucher Christy told me my total was $4?? (All I heard was over $400) in addition to the $105 I had already paid. I was floored, surprised, at the fact that I was under the impression we were doing an additional $70 not 70 units. It wasn't explained to me that we were doing a total of 110 units in that one time treatment. This was NOT what I agreed to. Christy saw the look on my face and explained afterwards, "No, not $70, 70 units." The work was already done. I began praying, thinking Lord, what am I going to do. Even though I had the money it was already allocated for something else. I had just paid off my credit card and reluctantly attempted to pay for it using the card. Only for it to be declined. Christy brought the price down to "last month's special" $325. However, I was still placed in a position of paying for something I had no intention on getting at that time. After calling my credit card company and they assuring me I can use the card, it still declined. After several attempts the lady from the front came and told me, if I don't pay she'll call the authorities. I couldn't believe this! Never have I been insulted, treated like a criminal, & blatantly discriminated against! Talk about adding salt to injury. I paid for the service and never looked back! Be cautious when going into establishments to get services done. Ask, ask, ask and make sure everyone is on the same page. I debated on sharing this because I'm a positive person. However, the way this was handled left me in a position to share with others because I don't want this to ever happen to someone else or anyone to ever feel the way I did. I never received a receipt of services or an apology for the misunderstanding. They got the money and lost a valuable potential customer. Companies do not value loyalty, respect, and maintaining integrity anymore

When I picked up the next batch I told the person at the front desk about this and she did not know what happened and hopefully the new batch would work. It did not and it's very disappointing. I used the max dosage the last two times hoping it would make a difference. Had the last two batches worked I would have given 5 stars based on the success I had prior to the new supplier product. I'm giving one star for two reasons. The new product did not work at all and secondly, and most important, I'm disappointed that no one from the office reached out to me to see if the second 'new' batch was working since I told her the first batch was not. While they were not required to follow up, it sure would have shown good customer service and that they actually care about my success. This said, I had no issues with the staff.

My personal favorite is the cryochamber. Strip down to your undies and wear nothing but soft boots and gloves and be prepared to freeze. The chamber surrounds you with air supercooled to -250*F but only for a maximum of 3 minutes. Then you're done. It's over. Of course, you should do your own research and consult your doctor before stepping in the chamber, but I've seen immediate benefits with repeat visits. Much quicker recovery from workouts, increased metabolism, much better sleep. So beneficial for me that it's become a part of my daily routine.

He blew me off. I booked an appointment for Botox and I was so excited to begin treatment and to build a treatment plan after reading so many positive reviews. I am a mama to a 3 year old and I was excited to find this office. What woman wouldn't be excited! The communication is awful. Dr. Marvin didn't take adequate time and energy to hear what I was saying and he focused to much on selling me. I was already there and willing to do what it took to reach my goals.I purchased the largest injection package that they offer; $600 because your face is $200 X 3 by their formula. My results never peaked and lasted about a month. His bedside manner ruins the whole experience because he doesn't listen to anything. When I complained and followed up twice, I was told everything from, I could have a contraindication, an intolerance, the batch could have been off, ect...I got a second opinion and looked into all the reasons he said it might not work and none of it was valid. Dr. Kenya was very pleasant and I appreciate that. Due to my work schedule, my husband ran in twice so I could figure out what to do. His presence didn't seem like an issue to Dr. Kenya, other than privacy concerns but then I got a very ugly voice message from Dr. Marvin telling me my husband isn't welcome there and allegedly he made people uncomfortable. The whole thing is unbelievably rude and a lie. That rude message bothered me the most. I've never had someone, let alone a Dr. be that unprofessional. Who acts like that? My husband stood in the waiting room and ended up talking to Dr. Kenya who seemed friendly and she mentioned that they would find a resolution. A lie I guess. He ran in a week later when we weren't contacted to see if there was a good time to schedule an appointment. He left a number and left. I confronted Dr. Marvin about his voicemail, I explained the situation and he said he understood but continued to rudely talk about my husband. That crossed a line. My husband is prior Law Enforcement, he works for the Government and he is a very respectful and composed man. He didn't do anything wrong. No one said ANYTHING about his presence being unwanted until Marvin got in his ego. The crazy thing is left that he left me that nasty vm and then called my husband to talk about the situation but didn't relay any of his ugly message to him directly. I guess he's only comfortable being rude to women. It's unreal. He crossed so many lines but if he doesn't validate it, it doesn't exist. How unprofessional. We spoke on the phone for an hour, he was egotistical, he had no strategy to help fix the situation, he was dismissive but he is sorry I "feel the way I do.' It would be nice to receive a genuine apology for his conduct. He had no answers and he simply told me it's not his fault, i have paid in full so we are essentially done. I am not welcome back and I am an ex client so there's essentially no point in my satisfaction with their office. This is by far the worst and most unprofessional experience I've ever had in any way. We didn't do anything wrong. This is what happens if you have issues with their service I guess. The first two pics are after receiving 60 units of Botox at PureLee Redefined. With these pictures Dr. Marvin deemed that there was enough of an improvement and he was satisfied with the work.
