About a month ago, I called to schedule several appointments for both myself and my husband. Since we have separate accounts, the process was understandably a little more complicated. The receptionist who assisted me was polite and tried to help, but unfortunately, multiple appointments were scheduled incorrectly. For example, I requested an appointment on May 27, but it was scheduled for May 28 instead. I repeatedly explained that I needed a Wednesday appointment because that is the only day I can take off work. Later, when I requested an appointment for June 14, it was scheduled for July 15 at noon instead. As a result, by the time these mistakes were discovered, there were no appointments left available in June. Again, I want to emphasize that she was very polite, and I am not trying to file a complaint against her personally. Another thing that added to my confusion was that I had received a confirmation for an appointment on June 14. However, when I called today, the gentleman I spoke with insisted that there was no appointment scheduled at all. This left me feeling very confused because I had documentation showing that the appointment had been confirmed. When I asked why my appointments had been scheduled incorrectly, he said he did not know. I accepted that answer and simply asked him to help me schedule new appointments. I admit that I was frustrated because I had been unable to get an appointment from late May through the end of June. The conversation took some time because I wanted a female technician for prenatal, I was trying to coordinate appointments with my husband, and we have separate accounts. I also needed to verify phone numbers and check my availability. After scheduling three appointments on three different days, he ended the call by saying, "Okay ma'am, thank you. Have a good day," without confirming the appointment details or asking whether I needed any further assistance. And I like "ok, thank you" then he hang off. If he was busy or unable to continue assisting me because the scheduling process had become complicated, I would have understood if he had simply suggested that I come into the office to schedule the appointments in person. However, I felt that the interaction was somewhat dismissive and not very courteous. I sincerely hope I am not being overly sensitive, but I have never felt treated this way here before. Many of the receptionists who worked here in the past knew me and were always kind, patient, and welcoming. I believe management should be aware of these experiences so they can ensure that the level of customer service continues to reflect the excellent reputation of this business.

When I asked to review my invoices and payments, their numbers were never updated or accurate. However, at the end of my treatment I received a threatening phone call regarding finances. There is a disconnection between front and back of the house. Being that the discrepancies are an internal issue, this was a superfluous and insensitive managerial action.

So I saw Tracy and in the beginning I did feel welcomed as a new client. However, I quickly realized once you become established you no longer matter to him. Beginning in March, I told Tracy I wanted to schedule additional time/sessions in order to make sure everything was gone before surgery. I told Tracy that once we were done there I was going to move onto my facial area. Meaning I was going to be a long term client for the business. Tracy never scheduled any additional time, I even offered to take time off from work to get more time and nothing was offered. Anytime, I brought it up he would say "oh I just booked a new client". Memorial Day, Tracy had scheduled an appointment for me, he canceled. I called him out on how my sessions were being cut short or canceled by him and we were getting down to the wire before surgery. Several scheduled hours were lost and never made up. He rescheduled, but canceled again, because his wife was mad. During the course of this conversation he stated "new clients are what keeps the doors open". So again once you are established you no longer matter as he is only focused on booking new clients and catering to them.. Oh it's funny though that when I called him out on this, he miraculously found four hours to offer me. I was done, so I didn't bother. Another issue is say you book for two hours, don't expect to get your full two hours as Tracy will never start on time. I used to show up early, and ended up just sitting there after my scheduled appointment time, while they continued to discuss personal matters or he was on the phone trying to buy car parts. So I started wearing a watch and confirmed every session was shorted. I am fortunate enough to have found a new place, where I don't have these issues. I must say in the first hour at the new location, she got more done than Tracy ever did in a two hour session. Based on my last conversation with Tracy, he's only interested in new clients who can book 4 to 6 hours a session. Just keep in mind though, what he gets done in 4 hours, others can get done in 2. If I could go back in time, I would not have gone to Cameo as they have wasted my time and money. Go elsewhere as you will be done quicker and experience a more professional atmosphere.

This lady is not interested in discussing the procedures or answering questions. She has her established clients and has no need to be courteous. They were able to split it up one session for my daughter and one session for hubby. Perfect! I was going to purchase one for myself but unfortunately I have high blood pressure and so I'm not allowed to do it. Bummer. No prob. So you get naked, put a robe on, and go inside the capsule. For 3 minutes you'll be in very cold temperatures such as -250°. There's so many health benefits to doing this regularly. I wish we'd get one local to me!

Staff is incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming and will explain all of the services they offer when you walk in the door as well as pricing (they always have deals going on). They're using state-of-the art recovery and therapy methods that professional sports teams will often use to aid their athletes, so for regular folks it's awesome to be able to experience these firsthand. My personal favorite is the cryochamber. Strip down to your undies and wear nothing but soft boots and gloves and be prepared to freeze. The chamber surrounds you with air supercooled to -250*F but only for a maximum of 3 minutes. Then you're done. It's over. Of course, you should do your own research and consult your doctor before stepping in the chamber, but I've seen immediate benefits with repeat visits. Much quicker recovery from workouts, increased metabolism, much better sleep. So beneficial for me that it's become a part of my daily routine.
