I came upon Bell Liquors on the internet and spoke with Brenda. She was able to help me with the purchase and delivery and it seemed like I was the most important customer in the store (on the phone). There is always a sense of anxiety about ordering something 500 miles away and getting exactly what you want. Brenda was highly efficient and personable. She texted me my receipt in just a few minutes and let me know when the wine was delivered. I could not ask for better service. I have a lot of friends in that area of New Jersey and I will highly recommend Bell Liquors to them.

Pennsylvania didn't carry them, so I drove out to this location specifically because they had them in stock. I placed my order through the app, and it was ready quickly. Once I got there, I decided to purchase even more bottles because they actually had plenty available. When you order on the app they bring it out to the car. The young lady who first helped me when I walked in (I didn't catch her name) was very friendly and engaging. When I picked up my orders, Brianna assisted me and she was also very pleasant and helpful. D'Elman was helpful as well. This is a very large, well stocked store, but what makes shopping easier in a place this size is how knowledgeable and helpful the staff usually are throughout the store. I was able to purchase all the bottles I wanted without any issue. Unfortunately, my checkout experience kind of ruined the ending for me. After my bottles were boxed up, I placed them back into my cart and moved the cart slightly away from the register area while preparing to pay. The cashier, Leslie, then said, "you have to pay for those," in a way that felt very accusatory almost like she thought I was about to walk out with a cart full of liquor. Considering I had over 30 bottles sitting there in plain sight at checkout, I found the comment unnecessary and honestly a little offensive. That interaction definitely left a bad final impression because your last point of contact matters. Leslie could've approached that differently. Overall though, the store itself was excellent, very well stocked, and the majority of the staff were friendly and professional. I would absolutely drive back here again for the selection alone. This is the absolute WORST liquor store. I was in town from Philly and stopped to buy a bottle of…read morewine and some beer. When I went to pay, I showed my PA license, which proves I'm 27 years old, and handed the cashier my debit card. He proceeded to ask me if I had any other ID- all I had was my work ID so I showed him that. He then asked me if I had anything else so I showed him all of my credit cards with my name on them. He then informs me that the owner's policy is to not sell to anyone out of state. If that was true, why didn't he tell me that as soon as he saw my PA license? So I leave the store without purchasing anything. My boyfriend walks in 1 minute later while I wait outside and he buys a case of beer and does not even get carded, so obviously I had to go back in to ask how it's possible he walked out with a case of beer. They replied by saying "that's just our policy." Their policy is to not sell to a woman with a valid license proving she is 27 years old but they'll sell to a guy and not even ask him to provide ID- makes a ton of sense. So the lesson is- DO NOT GO TO THIS LIQUOR STORE!!!

Your run of the mill Liquor store that has a decent variety but not too much outside of the standard brands which is alright. The staff at check out who may be the owner is really nice and moves people a long quickly as this seems to be the premier liquor store in the area. I value efficiency and help which seems to be the case here. The one thing that works against this place is the parking. It's like a free-for-all. There aren't really designated spaces or lines so people just roll up and park all over and sometimes just stop right in front of the store and park almost like drive through. Even when pulling out you have to be careful since people seem to pull in kind of fast. Other than that, it's your friendly, local liquor store.

The staff is pretty knowledgeable and they currently have Bonanza Cabernet on hand for $26.99 a bottle....for those who do not know, Bonanza is made by Caymus....it is the best Cabernet you can buy for the money....
