But getting any follow service or assistance since has been impossible. Finally, 8 months ago we started the process of trying to change our credit card with them for the monthly payments. After 4 months of calls I finally got to speak to somebody and give them the new number. We then cancelled the credit card. Next month we received a notice of non-payment on the old credit card. We called immediately called to rectify the situataion and have been leaving messages every couple of weeks ever since, but have not received a single call back. Maybe they have gone out of business?
