He moved this 14 x 33 ft building around Millions of dollars of merchandise...within inches and maneuvered it so professionally and precisely, that to say it was impressive would be an insult. The building was being moved from one location to another, so there could have easily been complications with logistics. But..there was ABSOLUTELY NONE! Dean and Dan were AMAZING! Just to see their delivery truck alone is worth the cost of the building-which was made like nothing I have ever seen. We have had the building for over a year and a half. It was custom built and has been fully in the weather for the entire time. Even after the move, every wall remains square (we are just now finishing the inside and thought we might be off square after the move...NOPE). The garage door opens and closes without a single wrinkle. The windows are fully functional and square and the walls are dead on center. The customer service is over the top...they make chocolate chip cookies and have a customer appreciation event like every month or so. I have no idea, I have been to 1 of them and the music was great. They grilled burgers, hotdogs and invited the community to just come hang out and eat with them. WOW! It is good to know that GoOD people, with GoOD intentions are still out there. Thank you so much for your service to the community and to the service of mankind. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I have no choice here. We are a Rental Property management company…read morethat hired Ethan (EC Projects) for a bath remodel. It was quoted at ~$8k and after beginning the job that increased to ~$9k with an approved change order, which was fine. I would say the job began OK and Ethan did a fair job on the demo and framing. His detail work however was sloppy, leaving bad scratches all over the new tub. He tried to cover them but only made it worse. The tub will have to be reglazed to fix it. Moreover he or his sub installed the diverted incorrectly and we got a bid for $1340 to fix that. Really the worst part has been his unreliability and broken promises. Our tenant has given up so much time to be stood up, delayed, etc. We finally had no choice but to end the contract, and unfortunately we were nice enough to pay almost all of the contract in advance after he asked if we could help him to pay his guys. We are left holding the bag, which is our fault for paying him in advance when the job wasn't close to being done. I would run from this guy.

Update 8/26/20 - after my original review I was contacted by Will Andersen, the owner of the…read morecompany. What a night and day difference from our initial impressions! Increasing my review from two stars to five, and that's only because six stars aren't an option! Will checked into what had happened with our original quote. Turns out the lack of follow up was due to a bad handoff of info when the estimator who we originally worked with was let go from the company, and our estimate had fallen between the cracks. Will sugarcoated nothing, and was straight with us on what had happened. Not only was he extremely apologetic for the situation, he was extremely determined to show us that our original experience is not what Andersen Contracting is about as a company. Will came out personally to rework the original quote, which we had in a matter of days. He was helpful in assisting us in planning the project, answered all of our questions, and went above and beyond in adjusting the quote as our scope of work evolved. Here's the kicker - over a period of weeks while it took us far, FAR too long to make our final selections and decisions, Will was nothing but patient and helpful... I'm embarrassed to admit he was far MORE patient with us than we were in our first dealings with his company. He checked in periodically to check on status and offer any assistance we might need, but was never pushy or pressuring. Great customer service, and I can't say enough good things about how well we've been treated. I'm pleased to report we've finally made our final selections and are ready to move forward with our project - and that we have now experienced the reasons why Andersen contracting has the stellar reviews they carry here and on other sites. I look forward to reporting back on the finished project and sharing pictures, and I know we're in good hands.
