All 3 of us went (2…read moreadults & a teen at diff times) and the DR didn't once examine any of us (2 had injuries) even calling the one with a back injury healthy before moving on. He saw me for chronic pain & when focusing on nerve pain prescribed Cymbalta saying he takes 2 every morning himself for back pain. Red flags piled up in the few appointments we had with him between Sept-Dec 2020 & then the bill arrived & was coded for a mental health visit for just me, the one who was given an anxiety med for nerve pain. We called the office & his staff even felt like this was an error & assured us it would be taken care of & Dr. Swoager would call us back. Instead the front desk called us with a statement saying the DR believed I was depressed. We never once discussed this in the office ever & I had family there with me every time. Misdiagnosing someone is serious and stealing money is also a crime. I have PTSD but never discussed this with the DR because I was seeing him for pain. I vaguely mentioned some of the conditions I had previous diagnosis for but continued seeking help & an MRI for pain & a tumor I have, not anything else & that was clear. Dr Swoager took full advantage of me and my family, our health, & finances. Medical care isn't cheap which is why most have to pick & choose what they can afford to be seen for within that year  & Dr. Swoager took that right away from us. The 3 people in my family (self included) needed medical care and paid with time & money & still need to be seen to this day for the issues we saw Dr. Swoager for starting in September of last year and we are just now receiving more bills being charged at the higher mental health rate, not all, just some & no explanation for why other than a false diagnosis from a doctor who never discussed my mental state with me ever.

First of all you are always given her full attention.. no rushing or long waits. It is her and her two Nurse practitioners , so you never see an unfamiliar face at your visits (I love that). You can tell she truly cares and takes her time and REALLY listens when you see her . What I love is she also does female exams so no seeing a separate Doctor for that !!! I am comfortable with her and she always puts my nerves at ease. They always get me in when I need and they have a patient portal for convenience, I have never not got a response with questions or concerns ,they are always on top of it. When I moved away to Massachusetts for a year I wouldn't see another Doctor I would just see her when I was visiting home. I feel like I hit the lottery Doctor wise with her and her nurses. Great service, they take their time with you and offer more than sick or monthly care. They have diet plan's, bloodwork , HRT and more. I recommend Atlantis.

It doesn't take that long just to call someone's name like is it that hard just to say MY full name it only takes 2 seconds! And besides,once you are assigned to leave,you don't leave. It only keeps you there longer. It only takes -5 seconds just to LEAVE. It's that simple and it's all simple. But I like the idea of the whole iPad thing in th kids room. I've seen construction sites take faster than them. Ive seen business days faster than hospital time. I've seen a kid not do his homework tell the truth more than them. They make soo much excuses for me to wait like "there is just too many patients and we can't handle it" that looks like something a lazy teen would say when not cleaning their room.

And then I ended up getting poked four times every single time. I was admitted two weeks ago for kidney stones. And anyone that's had that nose it's hell. The nurses were very very sweet as well as the cafeteria staff that came in personally delivered the food every meal. The doctors were very nice. I have nothing bad to say about them. I will say that the menu leaves much to be desired. When I was hospitalised 10 years ago, it was definitely a lot better. It was more gourmet style. I do wish they would make more options for vegetarians. Or at least make the meat meals with a NON MEAT OPTION. I know they are prepackaged but still.
