It is very open lots of space, well lit, and they have tons of merchandise inside. As you enter inside the door, you have to your left a whole bunch of grills and grill accessories. Which is what I was here to come purchase, some pellets for my Traeger grill. But they had a number of other grills, Traeger pellets and accessories, Weber grill, accessories, and so much more. They also had some Christmas stuff up for decorations and celebration. Out front they had tons of water softener salts. In addition, they had firewood available for purchase. As well as all of the hardware types of needs that someone would want and buildable sheds, etc. It is a very large open space and they have packed it pretty full of things people would need. In addition, the person behind the counter was very friendly and nice and we had a nice little conversation. I didn't need help from anyone else so I didn't find that here, but if it's like most Ace Hardware, they're probably was a number of people very willing to help. Highly recommended.

I ordered a Trager grill and was told it would be delivered between 8 and 9 am. I was up and ready by 7:30 waiting for the delivery. I fell asleep waiting and when I awoke it was 9:30. No grill I thought. I called Ace and was told it had been delivered. I was completely shocked to open my garage door and there sat my new Trager grill, in plan site for anyone driving by to steal.

They've missed pick-up twice because of trucks not in running order and this week they picked up…read morebefore 8:00 AM and most of the customers didn't have time to put their trash out. Usual pick-up is any where from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Needless to say my trash can is full and won't be picked up again until next Friday. A one star is more than they deserve. You always get this when a large company buys out a small company, they just don't care!!!

When we called, we were told that they were not gonna pick it up until this week on Thursday. They were going to give us a credit. I didn't really want credit. I wanted my trash picked up well, yesterday was Thursday and it came and went without any trash being picked up. We have had a few hours of phone calls and holds. We had multiple people state it would be today. It's nearly 6 at night and trash is still here! We were told someone would be out with a pickup truck if need be. We called again and it was changed to Monday. No call to us. This is unacceptable!! Note... weekend is passed and Monday is here. The company confirmed with us this morning at 8 o'clock. That are trash would be picked up today. Still not picked up. Husband called back and now they say it's going to be Wednesday. This is utterly ridiculous no more. Will they be our carrier after today.

Cardinal Wholesalers is a neat Broad Ripple resale store that offers overstock, salvaged, and…read moreliquidated items from retailers; this newer location's items mostly come from Target, which is a major plus for those who struggle with Target-related shopping addiction or are trying to stick to a budget. I was surprised by the large, diverse amount of items offered at Cardinal and the clean, well-organized atmosphere, after visiting other wholesalers in the past that were a smoky-smelling disorganized mess. I especially liked the discounted health & beauty items; it was like an enormous version of my favorite location at Target, the clearance end-cap in the health/beauty area. I picked up some lavender essential oil and cheap generic Mach3 razor blades, as well as a huge accent pillow in perfect shape. There was also a good selection of discounted already-assembled furniture, decor, bedding, electronics, small appliances, and toys. At best, items were in perfect condition; at worst, the original packaging may have been damaged or missing, but the item was typically in decent shape. The selection seems to turnover pretty quickly, so it is worth visiting on a semi-regular basis to see what new inventory has arrived. The owners of Cardinal are a super nice couple and they enforce COVID-related safety protocols, passing out masks to customers who may have forgotten. I even read a post on NextDoor where the owners helped jump a customer's stalled car. Keep Cardinal in mind next time you are seeking out a deal and/or just want to curiously browse a new store.
