I had no problem with the technicians that sprayed my house. My problem was I was charged every month but only had service every other month. When I tried to change it to monthly I was told I would have to call in every month. Now I would like to cancel my services and I cannot reach the office. The Colorado Springs location has some shady business practices .....employees are encouraged to harass customers by constantly ringing doorbells and intruding onto customer property ...... the El Paso SO had to be called to place a complaint against 'Amos' and his silly Segway clone ........ Consumer Warning: you can sign up but you can never cancel. The elusive "Cancelation Specialist" never kept any of the appointments we had for a call. Apparently no other employee in the entire company can cancel your service... so they've got you. The Cancelation Specialist is as elusive as Bigfoot and they just keep cashing in every month. I pay monthly for weed and lawn treatment. I haven't had proper service of my property this year! Today was yet another failed service. Your technician literally sprayed 1 weed in my front yard and left. This is the same technician Tyon that has only serviced my property properly if I'm present. The backyard wasn't touched at all, and this is the 3rd occasion. On my camera he was here 10 minutes. Didn't even attempt to go to the backyard which was unlocked as usual for servicing. If I pay for a service I expect to be serviced properly. I see a lot of 5star reviews on google of how great you all do but when you look at next door it tells a completely different story with picture proof attached. read more

Really poor service and will not take no for an answer. I've not been happy with their service, AT ALL. they've never treated the back or sides of the house, the insects are undisturbed, including wasps that attacked me the day after they were here. It felt like a trap just to delay and block cancellations. I have MULTIPLE no soliciting signs. I have a baby who freaks out anytime the door is knocked on and the dogs bark. Today, at 6pm a sales guy knocked on the door, waking my baby up when I had only gotten him to sleep 2 minutes prior. I immediately ask the guy if he is trying to sell me something and he doesn't answer and starts telling me about neighbors. I ask again and he says yes. I told him I have multiple no soliciting signs and he just woke a sleeping baby and asked him to get off my property. He smirked and used profanities that I won't repeat on the internet.
