I pay monthly for weed and lawn treatment. I haven't had proper service of my property this year! Today was yet another failed service. Your technician literally sprayed 1 weed in my front yard and left. This is the same technician Tyon that has only serviced my property properly if I'm present. The backyard wasn't touched at all, and this is the 3rd occasion. On my camera he was here 10 minutes. Didn't even attempt to go to the backyard which was unlocked as usual for servicing. If I pay for a service I expect to be serviced properly. I see a lot of 5star reviews on google of how great you all do but when you look at next door it tells a completely different story with picture proof attached. read more

I wouldn't use this pest control business because I cancelled and they still charged me for a whole year. Which is $299 more to cancel.

Really poor service and will not take no for an answer. I've not been happy with their service, AT ALL. they've never treated the back or sides of the house, the insects are undisturbed, including wasps that attacked me the day after they were here. I've told them multiple times that I don't want them come back but they come and do something in the front yard for a few minutes and send a bill. Do not recommend. read more

I signed up after the salesperson assured me I could cancel anytime. That was the only reason I agreed to try them. Fast forward 6 months: I have more spiders in my house now than when I started. The service didn't improve anything. When I emailed to cancel (in writing, just like every company usually requires), they replied telling me I had to call to cancel. Fine. I called. That's when I was suddenly told I was "in a contract" and could not cancel. This was the first time anyone mentioned a contract. They then passed me to a "retention specialist." I ended up talking with Dana, who insisted I had to call so someone could tell me over the phone that they wouldn't cancel the service I no longer want. It felt like a trap just to delay and block cancellations. To summarize my experience: * Was told I could cancel anytime * Service made the pest problem worse, not better * Written cancellation ignored * Forced to call, only to be told I was "under contract" * Now stuck waiting on a "retention specialist" instead of simply honoring my request I don't recommend this company to anyone. I have MULTIPLE no soliciting signs. I have a baby who freaks out anytime the door is knocked on and the dogs bark. Today, at 6pm a sales guy knocked on the door, waking my baby up when I had only gotten him to sleep 2 minutes prior. I immediately ask the guy if he is trying to sell me something and he doesn't answer and starts telling me about neighbors. I ask again and he says yes. I told him I have multiple no soliciting signs and he just woke a sleeping baby and asked him to get off my property. He smirked and used profanities that I won't repeat on the internet. While we probably have fewer insects from being sprayed, their pricing is super misleading. Their claim that the services were done so they wouldn't refund payment despite acknowledging that in our case we were expressly mislead is beyond disappointing. read more
