Shawn email me back, asking for the type of event and location I needed the service for, which I had already included in the online form. After I replied, he said that the Groupon deal does not include weddings. I thanked him and suggested that he put it in the limitations and fine print. He told me to check it again! I replied with a screen shot of his fine print that doesn't include the wedding limitation, and he continued to argue back. Don't be fooled. His horrible spelling should have clued me in to the shadiness of he business.

He had a groupon and didn't take it which was the same rate b/c he said he only does one of those a day. Already shady.. So we scheduled it and I told him the wedding was formal. He kept saying "no problem, I'll take care of everything" I asked him about props, book, extra prints. I had to pay for it all myself! Wedding day comes and his ghetto machine is sitting in the corner of the wedding like a huge eye sore!! The guy who's there has on t shirt. shorts and tube socks!!! I was mortified! Then the guy wasn't even showing guests how to use the machine or encouraging the to use it.. A few pictures came out with heads missing and neck shots. The props table was a filthy black linen cloth with a few masks and hats on it. Then when I went to look at pictures after there were so many random pictures of people I didn't know! They were the workers at the wedding! NEVER USE THIS SERVICE! They are unprofessional and a waste of your money!!

Guests of all ages were lining up, piling in, grabbing props, and coming out laughing--it created this whole extra layer of energy and fun we didn't even realize we needed. The setup is beyond cute and so unique--it's not just a photo booth, it's an experience. Our guests had a grand old time, especially the kiddos at the wedding. Our reception was at my parent's house and the Photo Bus was backed into their driveway and was the first thing you passed to enter into the backyard. It was perfect! Chris was our attendant for the evening and he was incredibly polite even when some of our guests were a tad intoxicated and rowdy. Chris was a complete professional! Urge your guests to use the photobooth and be sure to tell them how long it will be there for so they don't miss out on getting a photo. It was really cool to be able to go online the next day and see all of the photos online. During the wedding reception you could also send the Photo Bus pictures to your phone instantly, so that was a nice perk. I would say to buy your own props if you have a specific theme in mind because the props they brought were pretty sparse and not really on theme with a wedding reception. I am so glad we went with this Photo Bus because we have a book filled with hilarious photo strips and awesome memories to go with it. Also, you can email Scout and Nick after the event and request print outs of all of the photos (for an extra fee) in case some of your guests didn't leave a copy of theirs in your photo book.

Knowing that all of our guests would love to have a few different activities, we decided a photobooth would entertain our guests and give them something tangible to walk away with. We were so pleased to find The Photo Bus listed as a recommended vendor on our venue's website, and instantly fell in love with both of their retro VW busses. After reaching out for a quote, we heard back from Scout and Nick within a day, and had a quote in hand very soon thereafter. We decided on the green double door bus, and everything was set up quickly and easily. Leading up to our event, Nick worked with us to determine the design of our photo strip, and Scout answered any questions that came up. At the reception, having The Photo Bus on property with it's cute light up sign added so much to the feel and decor of our wedding. There was a line to use the bus all night, and our guests definitely had a great time piling into the bus to take their photos. We especially appreciate the fact that we were sent digital copies of the photo strips after our wedding so that we could take a look at (and in most cases hysterically laugh at) all the different photos our guests took that night. Having The Photo Bus at our event not only provided the perfect activity and additional entertainment for our guests, but gave us another way to relive the memory of our wedding night by looking at all of the photo strips our guest took.
