The contact information listed online didn't seem reliable, and we were given different numbers to try instead, which only added to the confusion. I do want to highlight that Adam was great, he was responsive and got back to us in a timely manner. However, he isn't able to assist with property-specific inquiries, so we were referred to Jesse multiple times. Despite being told on more than one occasion that Jesse would reach out, at one point even the same day, we never heard back and were left waiting days without any follow-up. At this point, I can't imagine the amount of loss occurring due to this kind of lack of communication. Since then, we've moved on and are now working with another property management company and are in the process of signing. Overall, this experience has been disappointing, especially when we were genuinely interested in moving forward. It made the process unnecessarily stressful and left a poor impression of the company as a whole.

He is pretty good about repairs and usually gets things done in a timely fashion. Just the other day my garbage disposal stopped working and Carl was able to come out that day, fix it and even washed the dirty dishes I had in my sink and then mopped my kitchen floor! I really think you'd be hard pressed to find a better property manager anywhere. He treats the tenants like family, going above and beyond what is required of a property manager. This is certainly the best property management group I have ever rented from. I feel very lucky and highly recommend renting from them.
