The interior cleaning was a complete letdown--no spray was used on the dashboard or side door panels, dust was still everywhere, and the windows were barely touched. Glenn did try to make it right by having them redo it, but even after that, I was still scratching dirt off the doors and panels with my fingers--something that should have come off easily with proper cleaning. Honestly, I feel like I should go back, ask for some spray and a roll of paper towels, and show them how it's done. For $28, I expected a much better job. Would not recommend.

Brian was about 15 minutes late for our appointment but he texted to advise of his late ETA. Traffic can be unpredictable so that was understandable. He was very cordial and professional. Before he began, he asked if I had any questions and he answered any of my concerns. He spent about 4 hours reviving my 2014 minivan and it looked pretty awesome afterwards. I did noticed a couple of minor deficiencies and he quickly addressed and rectified them. The service cost is a bit high but I was pleased with his efforts and his results.
