I had just recently purchased a used vehicle that's 20 years old (2002 model) and I hired Brandon to do the whole interior. The car was pretty clean when I got it, thought it was just dusty and thought a nice vacuum, steam cleaning, and protectants would be great for the car. I ordered a service that my car didn't need; he could have just performed it and not said anything. Instead, he told me that I should choose a package more appropriate for my car. He could have went ahead and detailed it - instead, he notified us of the situation, and suggested we have the mold taken care of first, and even suggested people he knew to deal with it! Brandon said that he had a cancellation for Thursday and could come by and do the girlfriends' BMW, my Ram 3500 dually, and my Honda CRV. I had an appointment with Brandon on Monday (my first with Illusionz) and was very impressed with the service. I'm about an hours drive away and wasn't sure they would come to me, but they did for a small $25 extra distance traveled fee. I scheduled a Mr. Freeze package and it was supposed to rain later in the day so Brandon called before coming to make sure I didn't want to reschedule. He arrived on time and started by asking me if there were any spots I noticed that needed extra work. While cleaning, he found some Plastidip residue on some of the paint that was already set in and took the extra time to make sure to get all of that off.
