These folks unfortunately are still cash only after the hurricanes and they dropped prices by almost 50% a few days before the hurricanes hit for portable battery chargers for phones ,flashlights, batteries, fans etc which was kind of helpful. Pricing has remained discounted so no price housing is going on here. The cashiers are not the friendliest, we had a huge ordered purchase last month and the lady helping us was visibly not thrilled with our carts full of items to scan. She kept on rolling her eyes and gave us the silent treatment. You folks should be happy that we're trying to give you $$$$. 30,000 residents here fled and aren't coming back, take money while it's here. Unfortunately this isn't the first time we've received this type of service and the cashiers here are the area of opportunity. Outside of the cashiers the employees that work in the printing section are awesome! I've used the printing center for a lot of work needs like gigantic posters and they are the cheapest place to print items like that on island (only $20 for a 3' x 4' poster) and they print them in seconds. Parking can be a cluster because they share a lot with Viya and McDonald's, but if you need office supplies or random household supplies come here. #St.Thomas #USVI

Especially if the items are expensive like they are here. We had scheduled a time for a dishwasher to be delivered and installed and what do you know, no one showed up or even bothered to call. Setting up the appointment with that sales rep was difficult enough. When we called no "sorry" or "whoops, that sucks that you had to clear your schedule for this delivery. " The sales rep was down right indifferent and rude with no apologies and made us feel as though it was our fault. Thats just not ok. This got escalated to the owner of the store eventually and he had to get directly involved. He was was really nice, and was able to get the dishwasher installed for us but we could have done without the grief from that sales rep multiple times. This is the only place that I would do dry cleaning on St. Thomas. There are only two options on…read morethis island, Magras and Island laundry. I've had extensive experience with both dry cleaners through work, personally as well as from feedback that friends have given me over the past few years and Magras wins on every front. Customer Service: The owner Diane rocks! I've had many special requests and tight time tables (one after the hurricane) and she made them all happen. She's also very easy to work with and will even do drop off and pick up services so you don't have to go into the location. Quality: I like my clothing back the same way I dropped it off. I've only had the experience consistently with Magras. Weird black stains, half missing buttons, shrunken clothing and discolored areas are not what I pay a dry cleaners to do and is what you'll get with the other dry cleaner. Magras also knows of how to treat mold on clothing with natural non harmful products to your clothing which was so helpful after the hurricane as we had a closet full of mold after our home was flooded due the the hurricanes. Pricing: It's comparable to the only other dry cleaner on island and if you're going to be paying for the service you might as well get your money's worth through quality and customer service. Location: Fortunately Magras is in the Tutu area which was one of the first areas to get water and power after the emergency/ essential buildings got powered up post hurricanes. The owner is also installing a mega generator so she's able to run the plant when the electricity company does rolling outages. We've never had a problem with parking here and it's a convenient area to swing by after grocery shopping and errands. Overall Magras is a pretty stellar operation and after struggling with the other cleaner ( island laundry) I would never go back to them. #St.Thomas #USVI

We had…read moreto send out very very large packages internationally and even though this facility had its power knocked out by the hurricanes they found a way to run off of a small generator wired up with extension cords to things that needed power. The customer service rep that helped us was so kind and pleasant despite having to shout over a generator at times and struggling with the computer system. It was such an easy and fast transaction (unlike the post office post hurricane). The packages also made it to their destination at the quoted time. If you are on St. Thomas and need to send packages out, screw usps go to fed ex instead, since the hurricanes there is never anyone here, and there are loads of parking spots out back. What I got was SO MUCH MORE than the best!!! Jerry is competent, conscientious, and convenient. I'm sure I'll think of other attributes after I post this. I had to bring my PC to STT from STJ but he met me, took the PC and had the HD replaced all within a few hours. I'm not sure I'd know how to get this level of service stateside. But this is not the end. After he fixed the PC, I "broke it" again by downloading an app that introduced conflicts so PC wouldn't boot. I contacted him and we agreed we'd meet in Red Hook the next day. HE FIXED THE PC IN HIS CAR AND I WAS ON MY WAY BACK TO STJ ON THE NEXT FERRY!!!!! I really hope I don't experience another PC failure while we're here but if I do, I'll certainly know who to call.
