I live 15 minutes away round trip. During my short absence, the movers pressured my parents to pay with the credit card. Sadly, we even bought all the crew lunch to save them time and money. We feel betrayed and angry. We will never use them and hope others avoid our fate.

Moving items from a storage unit to a residence, the movers took care to point out the condition of damaged furniture as they found itin storage, before loadeding it onto the truck, which they packed expertly.
