The owner, Reed, checked on it and determined it was defective paint that he purchased from Sherwin Williams. The CAPPS painting crew repainted the entire Facia board. Looks terrific. Lucky for me, Reed CAPPS is honest. Not a whole lot of that going around these days. The crew is polite and cleaned up to my satisfaction, and I'm picky. Splashes of coffee small marks on countertops they find and they clean it. Wrong 9:30 rolled around and the calls kept going to voicemail not answering calls I guess.Finally was able to reach Ms.Mayra and she had a unpleasant unprofessional tone and said that we mixed up the hours and that we had an appointment at 10 somewhere else and she would be there by 10?
