We arrived within 3 minutes of the appointed time. They passed us leaving the neighborhood. We had paid for the next several hours. They did not attempt to call to clarify the situation with me, the party that set up the service. I raced the hour north with the children to get to the funeral (thankfully we were only a couple minutes late). We were charged the additional time that was necessary to return from the Luncheon back to the Church so I could pick up my car. No attempts were made to rectify the situation whatsoever.
