They did not attempt to call to clarify the situation with me, the party that set up the service. I raced the hour north with the children to get to the funeral (thankfully we were only a couple minutes late). We were charged the additional time that was necessary to return from the Luncheon back to the Church so I could pick up my car. No attempts were made to rectify the situation whatsoever.
