Today I had the pleasure of having J.C. Webb come to my rescue and put on a spare tire for me when I got a flat tire. I was connected to them via my car insurance. The response was quick and the older and wiser gentleman that took care of my car was a delight. So kind, patient and caring, it was refreshing how great he was with customer service. I'd say he went above and beyond. I couldn't be more pleased. He called when he arrived I belive his name was Clint but I've been wrong before. He did provide me a receipt of service but I left it in my car. If I remember I'll update this with his name. He arrived rite on time got rite to work and was quick but thorough. my son got in a bad wreck and passed away, his truck was towed to JC Webb, I wanted it back and went to get it, it cost $700 to get it back but they did stop charging me more after i went and talked to them about it 3 days after his accident. I live across the street from the tow yard and needed them to tow it to the house initially the lady said it would cost about 85 to tow it across the street but the tow truck driver told me no charge, he rememebered towing a truck just two weeks prior to my house for my son who passed. theres the back story so heres my rating, as for the overall experience i'd say about a 3, my son passed away and the truck was totaled it was kind of a shock i had to pay so much for it back. the Tow truck driver that delivered it is a total 5 he was very under standing and sympathetic. the customer service was also a 3 she just had no sympathy at all. so over all i gave them a 3 star review read more

I called JC Webb Towing to see about getting our truck towed from 16th/198 to our house in Lemoore. We weren't really sure who to call or what to do. We have an OBS Chevy and I didn't want to leave it there. After talking to John, he let me know that they could be there in 20 mins and it would cost about 100$. He sent me a text letting me know that Danny was our driver and was on his way. I was so glad to hear I didn't have to wait an hour. I had an incident where two individuals vandalized my car and I needed a tow to the shop. When I explained the situation to the woman on the phone, she immediately responded "what color were they? Haha, that's bad, I shouldn't say that..." (asking about who vandalized the car). When the guy got there in the tow truck and I explained what happened, he immediately said "bet they weren't white". (The one out of the two guys who did the damage was, actually, but that doesn't make any difference) I can shrug off one comment, but the fact that I experienced these types of comments from both contact points I had with this business really says something to me about who they are. I can't say enough great things about this business. We were on our way to a funeral and still had another hour to go in our journey when we got a flat tire. My car had been towed on a Sunday. When I got there on a Monday afternoon they were friendly enough. However, the owner had the keys to my car with him and he was out to lunch. The lady helping me (his wife?) said she would go get them and that she needed to pick up her granddaughter real quick as well. Ok? I was frustrated but still understanding and polite.
