Ever since I started using this Towing company I always had Melissa. A few times I had the other guys. Melissa was always fast and friendly when she would arrive. MeIssa would even make sure I had a ride or would let me ride with her. She did tell me she was going to no longer work with them. I just used the towing services yesterday. And I know I will not ever get the same services as I did with Melissa. Since she is not there I will be taking my Business somewhere else. Horrible customer service. Had to call 3 times because nobody answered the first 2. Finally get through to be told that because my vehicle is on the county line they can't help me and I need to call a tow service in Fresno, when I called affordable tow in Fresno they explained that it would be cheaper for me to use a service from Lemoore as that's where I was going and I was closer to lemoore than Fresno.. when I explained what Jones told me he said "oh they must not want to do the tow, there's no reason why they shouldn't be able to" so this disabled Veteran does not recommend Jones Towing read more

Via USAA. Very fast, professional, and careful. They were able to easily get on base. They contacted me shortly after I got off the phone with my insurance and were there within 10-15 min. instead of a 30 min wait time. They know their way around whether I was in hanford or lemoore. I called AAA Member Roadside Services and requested a tow at 7:44 a.m. I received a text from Jones Towing at 8:50 a m. confirming the assigned tow request. At 10:00 a.m. I called Jones Towing and spoke with Christian who informed me that my call was assigned to Sergio and provided me with Sergio's number. When I called Sergio, he sounded asleep or drunk. He blamed AAA and said that the call was never sent to this board from AAA. I then called AAA again and spoke with the AAA Representative who confirmed that the call was made to Sergio. I had to cancel my tow request because my children were hungry. I called Sergio to let him know that I had to cancel my tow and that he lied. He was so inconsiderate and disrespectful. He said, lady stop being a bitch!" I was appalled. Sadly, he's not representing Jones Towing but representing a great company I have been doing business with for several years. I will NEVER request Jones Towing for any service. read more
