My review is based on work completed on my house with 19 big windows, 2 doors, and 1 sliding double door. I would rate Prime Window and Door 5+ stars across the board. Quoting process: A+: I quoted 6 companies for my windows. Although exhausting to talk to 6 different companies, it is an informative process - and since we're talking about spending the same amount as getting a brand new compact car - I wanted to make sure I was getting a good deal. Out of the 6 companies, most (5) showed up on time and were very knowledgeable and patient in measuring everything twice and explaining their products. (The 6th one never showed up the first appointment, and was then 1 hour late when we rescheduled) All 6 of the companies that quoted me fell somewhere in between $21k and $28k. I was aiming for $20k and not a dollar more. Robert from Prime Window was very patient with me, going over the options he could offer me in order to reach my budget. We tweaked my order here and there ("Are LowE Windows really necessary throughout the whole house? What about getting my door knobs separately to save money? Single hung or side rollers?" Etc etc). Pricing: A+: In the end, Robert did it! He got me exactly what I needed, and was the only what tailored my order to get the best bang for my buck, all while meeting my budget. While a couple of the other companies got close to what he was offering in regards to total dollar amount, it was with either inferior brand windows, with aluminum instead of vinyl, or without LowE, etc. Deciding factor: First, I already had one person recommend them after doing their entire house. The tipping point for me was that Robert was the only one that put effort into the more important factors I wanted to meet, and then found the perfect windows to match - felt truly like a custom-customer service. No one else offered me what I wanted for the price he gave me. Professionalism and Customer Service: A+: After putting the down payment, my waiting time for fabrication of the windows was estimated at about 6-7 weeks. Robert texted me diligently every single Friday for those weeks to give me an update: "Permit submitted"/ "Fabrication started" / "Doors are ready" / "We can start next week" / etc etc. This gave me so much peace of mind. I have heard of people who have their orders 4 and 6 weeks delayed, and have a hard time getting answers from other companies. Not Robert - he was constantly updating me and answered or called back within the hour every single time. Seriously - this is the best customer service I have ever experienced in any service/contract work. Installation: A+: All my windows and doors were installed by 2 guys. Dany was extremely nice and did an excellent job with the installation. He went above and beyond to make sure all I had to do was touch up paint (my house is very old, and had very old mouldings that needed a little extra care when installing and finishing). In all, he completed about 3 openings a day on average depending on the sizes (most of my windows are very big) . Other companies might bang out the job in a couple days with 6-8 guys - but in my opinion, that is a mess. Things get lost, window finishes don't look uniform through the house, and the dust and dirt is impossible to contain. I am very very happy with Dany's work! Follow-up: One of my window frames came scratched. Robert reported it to the manufacturer, and within a couple days CWS called me to make an appointment to replace it. Everything was replaced perfectly and ahead of schedule. I also contacted Robert after the work had finished and I had paid in full about a door trim that I thought was a little loose. He answered as soon as I texted him and scheduled the installer to come the following day to inspect and re-finish it. It was a relief that they take care of you even after the contract and all the payments are done. Again, overall, super A+ and 5 Star + service, installation and product. I would not trust anyone else in my future properties! read more

I had the best contact with their sales rep, very straightforward even when I was asking questions about pricing, schedule and technical details (with most of the other companies estimate appointments, everything was vague for the price and schedule and overcomplicated for the technical part). Then I met the owner Robert, who took himself measurements of the openings and noted every detail so the new windows could fit perfectly. Due to very high demand at the time, products shortages and other manufacturing problems (thanks to the Covid situation), the order took a very long time to become ready. I had to be patient with the delivery and Robert was very reassuring and always honest with the delays, keeping me informed of the manufacturer's updates. Once the order was ready, the technicians installed all new impact windows and doors in a week. They were both professional and friendly, taking good care of all the remarks I could have on the finished product, and eager to please the customer. Bottom line, I got high quality windows and doors for a very honest price, in total confidence thanks to the flawless communication. Robert was very professional and answer all my questions whenever I had one. I did quite a bit of research since this project is not one size fits all. for me I was looking for a professional who could a explain the process and the product in laymen terms and I did not need a salesman. I wanted a company that would not put me in the poor house but was fair in pricing for the product I was needing. his team is extremely professional and I felt comfortable while they were in and out of my home. Bethany timely responded to every question I had, and there were many -she referred to me as a "junior contractor" based on my interactions with her. Robert Herrera and Frank Vega managed the installations of our windows and large sliding glass door from start to finish. They measured every opening twice, went over how we wanted the windows to open, and provided detailed quotes and descriptions of the windows. The permit was obtained immediately, we were provided accurate dates for delivery, and the installation was scheduled at our convenience. The installation team was top-notch, and aside from the inevitable dust from drilling, the job was clean and professional. Communication with the inspector was continuous, and minor issues were resolved quickly. We were very satisfied with the entire production, and the finished installation exceeded our expectations. Pricing was quite reasonable, the quality of the product was excellent, and attention to detail at every point from start to finish was exceptional. Robert is a dedicated and accountable person that puts in all his knowledge on behalf of his clients. He worked with me from the very beginning answering all my questions about the impact windows. He also did an amazing job finding the best way to keep an affordable price since there were some modifications that needed to be done as I had pocket doors. He manages an excellent team of installers. He was all the time on top of them ensuring a quality job with which my wife and I are more than satisfied. This was an excellent experience from start to finish. Bethany arrived at the house to provide us with ideas. The approach was honest, well informed and creative. She came back as many times as needed, to answer questions or provide insight from her experience. Once the contract was signed a realistic time table was defined and they delivered on that. Robert (The owner) was exceptionally accurate on the measurements. He visited the work site when his team was working and made sure that everything met his and our approval. The installers were competent, hard working and very exacting in their standards. We had a few minor issues after the completion of the job and Robert had a team come right out to address them. I am very happy with the top notch service provided by everyone at Prime Window and Doors. Steven was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail. When the windows arrived, the installation crew was very professional and completed my install of 15 windows and one door in a couple of days. They cleaned up every night before they left. These Prime Window folks explained clearly the details of the products they were selling, what they would do in installing them and delivered fully on everything. Great service and price. It was a real pleasure working with Robert the owner was always available to answer any questions. The work done was top notch his installer Daniel is the best. He preps the area before removal and installation making sure the least amount of dust gets in. They pick up after them selves after they are done. My doors and windows look great. Just need to paint my house now. I definitely recommend there work. All work was done under code and even the city inspector was impressed of the quality and knowledge of Robert and Daniel. From the first contact with Frank, he was responsive, patient with our millions of questions, and provided great information that allowed us to make our decision. We obtained quotes from a number of other companies but Prime was the most responsive and had great pricing. Our windows and permits took 4 weeks to come in and the following week Robert and the installers were at our house installing the windows and doors.
