To make a 4 month story short, no company compared to the presentation, price and vibe that I got from Prime Window and Door. From our first meeting I was very impressed with Robert and his company. He answered all of my questions and actually asked me a few which was something that no one else had. I could tell he had a genuine pride for his work and loved what he does. Robert was up front about pricing and didn't play any games. We discussed financing and I decided to go with him. The install went flawless and Prime Window did an amazing job to keep the mess to a minimum. The windows look amazing and my home is safe for storms (and much more energy efficient). They broke the original trim and then said they couldn't replace it and then just put pieces of it up. After they left, we had to clean up a lot of glass on the bed and all over the floor.
