At the same time, I purchased an interior window tint and an exterior windshield protection film. The total came to about $1,450, and I paid the full amount upfront with my credit card. The next day, they replaced the windshield and installed the interior film, but they never applied the exterior protection film. When I asked about it, they simply told me to come back another day. Later, I realized their employees weren't communicating with each other. The technician working on my car didn't even know I'd already paid for the protection service. From that point on, I spent an entire month being given excuse after excuse. I was repeatedly told, "Come back next week", "Material hasn't arrived", "It's still being shipped", "Call tomorrow", "Come at 9 am", "Come at 12 pm". I still have all the text messages.. During this one-month delay, a small rock hit my windshield, causing a tiny crack. Then, at my final appointment, they said they couldn't install the protection film because of that crack. They even suggested I pay extra for windshield repair. I had already purchased and paid for the protection service weeks earlier. If they had done the work when they promised, none of this would have happened. In the end, after a long argument, I could only get a refund for the protection film. For me, the real issue wasn't the money. It was the broken promises, wasted time, and lack of accountability.

Zero bubbling, creasing, or gaps whatsoever. All film was cut exactly to shape. I was initially worried about the delicate plastic brackets in the third brake light cover which had to be removed for the rear window tint- Pedro reinstalled this plastic cover perfectly!
