If they have to get out of their chair for you. Your service goes down the toilet. I have countless emails I've saved dealing with this company. they held my money hostage even though I didn't even factor with them anymore. Plus still charged me like I did factor with them. I will never use another factoring company due to this companies bad practices. I stopped using them for 8 months. Made sure there was no pending payments. They still made me stay in contract with them. After I told them I no longer wanted to do business with them. Then they wanted to charge me another fee to leave them. Saying it was for the removal for the ICC filing. Well 6 months later guess what?? I still get calls due to the ICC filing. I reached out to PCG and all they said was they dropped the ball and took care of it today. lol. Can't make this up. This company is horrendous and should be allowed in business.
