We went inside because I wanted to move the funds from that card over to my current account. The teller was snooty and rude, made comments like, "why didn't you do it outside, it would have been faster at an ATM". I don't know, maybe because I wanted it all transferred to my account? Crazy thought right? Then she proceeded to say rudely, "well I don't know how much is on there and anyway, I need two forms of government ID.." Kinda bizarre that I'd know exactly how much is on that pay card right? And strange enough, I have the two required government issued ID cards. SO WEIRD. And I know that the coin machines have been gone for a while, and I asked how I'd deposit coins as my toddler has been collecting them. "... They've been gone about 3 years already.." YES I KNOW THEY'RE GONE. She eventually gave me those coin paper holders to fill up and bring back, but we're going to find a different branch location for future visits. The only pleasant person we encountered was the staff member who answers questions at the front podium. She gave my kiddo a pen and a few lollipops for her and her brother.

It has been almost 2 months and I am close to loosing the home I am interested in. I leave messages and have emailed, they have yet to return any of my calls. Conveniently they are always too busy to take my call from the receptionist. I have a great credit score and all the right income, so I don't understand the unprofessionalness with leaving customers (profits) in limbo.
