Upon seeing the market we decided to hang back a little and check it out. There was mostly produce, baked goods, flowers and meats. Huge trucks opened their sides to reveal caselines filled with butcher items as well as salads and cooked items. Other items were displayed in the traditional market style way. Since we were still in the traveling mode, we did not make any purchases but it was interesting to see all the vendors displaying their wares to the weekly locals shoppers.

Everything always is fresh, colorful, and flavorful. We got a Greek (?) flaky pastry roll that had meat and feta cheese baked into it. It was amazing! We also got a fresh juice.
