I can't recommend this company and looking back at the install, I regret even having Leon PHC do it, on the grounds of excessive price for poor service. Not recommending the other local company I used because their prices were atrocious. Bob answered his phone right away, and drive 20 minutes to our house to solve the problem. Roots from the neighbor's Maple tree had grown into our clay tile drain to the city sewer line. He put the camera down the line to show us the issue, cleaned the drain, and left us with a chemical treatment to help prevent future issues. He also recommend a service that will put liners in existing older tile connectors to strengthen the protection we will call them, because if Bob says they are worth the call - I believe HIM. I submitted it to the VA but after over 5 months of waiting, I gave up and just went with the thousands of dollars I paid out of pocket for the upgrades to my property and didn't receive any assistance from the VA as promised.
