You see many responses to the post, asking for the price, but you don't see a response. I recently commented to a person inquiring about the price, that they don't post or respond to price. I was referring to sharing it online. Well, it hit a nerve because they responded rudely, privately to my comment. Was it really necessary to be snippy and say, "There..I responded."? The stores sell clothing, footwear, accessories, linens, jewelry, cosmetics, candies, toys, furniture, small appliances, etcetera. Prices are reasonable, and I often can find good bargains. This Boscov's is located in the Erie mall. The store is two floors. On the first floor are mostly clothes, and on the second floor are mostly home goods. Unfortunately, I did not find any clothes that I liked and were in my size. I, however, did find a baking sheet to buy. I had not realized that the baking sheet was on sale for only $5, so then I grabbed a second one to buy. Multiple cash registers throughout the store were open. I had to wait in line for a couple of minutes. My cashier spoke to me nicely, and he accurately rang up my purchase.

I put the pants in my closet pleased I found a pair for a specila occasion on Weds the 15th. Reached into the closet for those pants and discovered the ink security tag was still on them! I was furious! I get mistakes happen, but darn it!! I just hung up with Justin the Sales Manager (after getting bounced to two other departments) who sounded like he was 17 years old, had marbles in his mouth and a sinus infection as well. I explained what happened and he asked me to bring them back. I again stated I was 2 hours away from his store and an hour to the nearest Macys from my home. After a number of "ummms" he offered 25 Macys bucks for his store and that was the best he could do. I wasn't looking for anything outrageous - a gift card to compensate for my time and gas....no he couldn't do anything else. Not impressed with my first time at a Macy's - definately my last!!

There could've been a nice way to say things. Also, whenever she claims she can't do a piece (my last two visits), she rushes me off feeling empty. When your tailor makes you feel like you're walking on eggshells to talk to her, that defeats the whole purpose. Ironically, while I was changing back in the dressing room, she had a different customer come in and her face lit up and so did her voice. Terrible and unequal customer service.
